Would be nice if customer chooses to use credit card, they would automatically pay the financial charges. We don't ask every customer how they plan to pay.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on Joist Payments. We completely understand that it can be hard to know how your customer will pay. We hope we can find a way to offer a "surcharge" feature to help with situations where it's unclear how the customer wants to pay, but there are some legal technicalities which unfortunately prevent us from offering surcharging at the moment. However, we do have the "Cover Fees" feature in the app which can help to ensure your customers pay the fees -- simply toggle it on by default, then toggle it off if your customers decide to pay online. We know it's not always possible to coordinate that with a customer, but at least turning on the "Cover Fees" feature will ensure that you don't end up paying the fees unexpectedly.

A very good software. If the subscription fee is 50% cheaper, we will rate it as 5-star products.

I have been using the App since 2015
I have been using the App since 2015. The App has come along very well. A lot of new changes have been added to the system, which makes it more efficient to work with the App. Only one suggestion I would like to mention. When we look or scroll down for an old invoice, it will be nice to go back to the list of invoices where the last one was left, instead of starting all over from the current or new invoice.

Joist has worked well for us over the years. The technical part of it is fine but the best thing is their customer service. Absolutely second to none! They’ve always been prompt with responses and anxious to solve any issue. They really seem to take it personally.

It would be helpful if clients would sort by last name. I have to enter clients as lst, first which them appears on their invoice that way.
