I placed my first order in January and promptly received meds in a cold pack with instructions clearly printed on each vial. General instructions were also sent via message to my account. I had success losing weight on the initial dose, so just stayed on 2.5 mg. It was also easy to refill for the subsequent three months. I have had easy communication with customer service beyond the AI bot and reassure those who are researching glp-1 companies as I did, that Polly (formerly Piper when I started) has been great.

Piper, now Polly has made my GLPI1 journey successful and very very easy. Their response time is excellent, they followup, and product is shipped to my home on time.

I have had nothing short of great service from this company. I initially was with another company and they had to delicense in my state and it has been months. I couldn’t wait, so I found Piper (now Polly), and I couldn’t be happier. They are quite a bit more expensive than my previous company, however, I can pause my shipment and resume when I am ready and I get my meds within days. The customer service is exceptional. I have been working with Kara and she is wonderful! The great service is worth the price! I will stick with this company because of the results I have gotten and the customer service!!!

I appreciated the fact that I was able to interact with a live agent to confirm that my order was correct.. Shipping was quick and my medication arrived still cold and refrigerated. I've experienced no side effects, well outside of sulfer burps. The medication also works well for me. I'm on my second order and the process seems as smooth as my initial one.

Horrible company that don’t care. They ship low quality gp1. It is basically water when I called them out on it, they ignored my request for refunds.,,,stay away

My first time ordering, I had a hard time getting a response from the company after my order had been processed and at the pharmacy. I did give a bad review. However, when i reordered my next three month dosage, everything ran smoothly and the response from the company was quick. I received my order a few days after everything was processed.

I have been using this company since December 2025. I use a three month subscription. The cost is exactly how they say it is. I started at the lowest dose and it gradually increased each month. I’m happy with the results. They’ve answered any question that I’ve had I highly recommend.

Joining was simple. Shipping is super fast and the packages are always well-handled/delivered, unlike a name brand I tried initially. Customer service is phenomenal.
