Joinnoa feels very new and unpolished — buggy interface and confusing setup.
Support is slow and unhelpful, with generic replies.
Wouldn’t trust it yet — seems sketchy and possibly a scam.

I tried using NOA for my community survey, but it was harder than I thought. My participants struggled with the app, and I felt embarrassed to push them through it.

I tried NOA to manage community input, but most of my participants said it was confusing. I spent days just explaining instead of moving forward.

Joinnoa shows potential but feels very incomplete at this stage. The website isn’t very polished, and it’s sometimes difficult to find what you need. Customer service replies come off as generic, which doesn’t help build trust. There’s also very little information about the company or real user feedback available. I’d wait for more updates and transparency before recommending it.

Joinnoa is too new and unproven to trust right now. Hardly any info on the team or real user reviews. The site looks unfinished and lacks transparency. Not ready to rely on yet.

My project crashed during the most important phase, and I had no backup from their side. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience.

My first experience with NOA was not great. Their setup was confusing, and I had to restart my project twice because the system didn’t save my work properly.
