Our program is designed so that you purchase the vial of medication, not a specific dose. The provider determines your approved weekly dose, and the number of units you inject depends on the concentration of the vial you receive. Different pharmacy partners may provide different concentrations, so the units can change even though you received the correct amount of medication.

Health concern. Bad practice by the pharmacy.
I got my 2nd order & the glass was so hot that there were bubbles inside of it. Talked to Bliv & they said pharmacy said its safe to use. Well after talking to my doctor & some other pharmacist they said not to use it that it's not safe. Also it degrades in the extreme heat. They will not replace it. It's a lot of money to lose. Disappointing to say the least.

Received item 8:30 pm - July 6 - in Oklahoma - 91degrees outside - ice pack not only melted but HOT, vial checked inside the medicine bottle - HOT to the touch. Heat over 86 degrees denatured medication making it ineffective and it happens rapidly. I still put in fridge immediately but looked at it this morning and it’s cloudy.Contacted customer care and was told all science about this med is wrong and that the medicine is still valid and not compromised. Will be disputing this purchase with my card.

Regarding the temperature of your shipment, your medication is still safe to use. It is shipped in an insulated package with ice packs, and the pharmacy has validated its stability during normal shipping conditions. A melted ice pack or a warm package does not necessarily mean the medication has lost its safety or effectiveness.

False advertising
I ordered a 6 month vial. Received it quickly but it was only 2ml not 4ml that was confirmed on my receipt. Reached out to customer service and they told me it was correct and will last 6 months….nope it only lasted 3. There is also a sticker on the vial that says to discard after 28 days. Customer service said it’s fine. I’m a nurse practitioner so I know how to dose and read medication. I was not heard at all by customer service and just dismissed and encouraged to talk to a nurse. Will not buy from this company again. If the vial had actually lasted 6 months, it would be an amazing deal. But with it only lasting 3 months, it’s way expensive. The medicine did work so happy about that.

The vial label can be confusing. Although the vial contains 2 mL, it is compounded at 30 mg/mL, for a total of 60 mg of Tirzepatide. The total medication is based on the concentration and volume, not the vial size.
Regarding the 28-day discard label, this is a general USP 797 guideline for compounded multi-dose vials. Our pharmacy performs stability and sterility testing and assigns a Beyond-Use Date based on those results. When refrigerated properly and handled correctly, the medication remains safe to use within the pharmacy's assigned dating.

It’s been a seamless process
It’s been a seamless process. The pricing is somewhat questionable but technically truthful. The vial price doesn’t change as dose goes up but doesn’t last near as long so you do have to reorder more often. I trust them and product and they are very fast on delivery. Always kind and answer any question I have.
