Disapppointed…
The image on my screen represents a 14k gold finish. Unfortunately, the item received does not pair well with my 14k gold. Was looking for a layered look. Also, it does not sit flat around the neck impairing the visual diamond effect hoped for. Sent it back.

Your customer service is AWESOME! I ordered the wrong color gold for the bracelet I wanted and wound up returning it, reordered another (wrong color yet again) and had to order for a third time, Grace has the patience of a saint, helped me with the returns and I received the bracelet I originally wanted and absolutely love, quickly.

Thank you for the prompt delivery of my two pair of earrings. I do have a question. I lost one of a similar pair. It was more slender than what was delivered to me. Do you still have that style available? Is it possible for me to return the second pair as the day they arrived I found my lost earring attached to teh bottom of my curler set!!!
