I had needed a repair.. the service was wonderful. John medeiros stands by each purchase.

I really like the John Madeira story and my wife loves it. However, when I place an order online, I receive an email that says I've left something in my shopping cart. Even now I paid for it and it said it was going to be shipped. This causes problems. Perhaps you can fix it.

I ordered 5 items online. CS representative called to inform me that one of the items was not available and asked if it would be okay to ship the other 4 items ahead of the 5. Normally I would have just received an email saying this was going to happen. Love that they value their customers.

I have been trying to return for several days and you will not respond. I have emailed and called . BAD FORM since you only give 5 days to return.

I have many pieces from this collection. I am never disappointed with his jewelry.

Love John's designs and they come true to how they look online. Also, the packaging shows that a little time and effort was taken. They make a nice statement: "you are important to me and you are worth it."

Delivery was fast. Once again , the pieces I purchased are beautifully made and designed.

Ordered a bracelet and received an email saying the order was not completed. So I reordered. I then was notified I had two orders.

Called customer service and had to leave a message. They did return my call the next day when I explained the error I was told there was only one order out there after further conversation and my providing the second order number they did manage to find the duplicate. I asked to have that order canceled and was told it was too late already shipped And I would have to wait until I received it and then return it so now I am on the hook for shipping return shipping and their 10% restocking fee, which is Ludacris.

So far customer service has not been helpful or friendly or courteous.
