I wouldn’t know as this still hasn’t turned up. I keep getting fobbed off by John Greed telling me to wait 10 working days. This was ordered on the 2nd December on a 3-5 working day delivery. Other items ordered from different companies over a week after this have arrived by the same courier but still not this. John greed don’t want to know and just keep telling me to wait. Really poor customer service.

Hello, I am sorry, but we have to follow the process set out by Royal Mail. If you could email the customer service team again at hello@johngreed.com with your order number, they will be able to push this issue with Royal Mail.
Cute charm, the sparkly silver centre really stands out against the gold outline and matches the star and heart glitter charms.
