Where are my jeans? No customer service.
I ordered a pair of jeans to arrive before NYE. They didn't. Tried calling Joe's Jeans to find my order. No one answers a phone. Sent a text. No reply from the text. Sent an email. No reply. Called the number on my receipt and that goes to a shipping company that doesn't answer calls. Called FedEx. No one answers a phone. I can't understand the complete lack of customer service from both companies. How can you accept orders and then not pick up the phone or offer any support when a customer has an issue?
