Excellent service

Easy to order online.
Answered telephone query to another product rapidly with a quick call back to my question.
Delivery person called an hour before delivery.
Driver was very cheerful and chatty
Can't really fault them.

Very easy to order online

Very easy to order online , great pricing and next day delivery , the man who delivered was amazing very friendly and they took my old tumble dryer away free of charge ! would highly recommend 5*!!!

Good Products and Customer service

Customer service was knowledgeable and thorough. There was no rush from them for us to make our choice of product. Delivery and installation at home was well planned and executed with minimal fuss. The delivery people were really pleasant and accommodating. They took their time to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the process. Currently everything is working very well and we're pleased with the service. We would recommend Joe Graham products and services.

I was able to get a delivery estimate

I was able to get a delivery estimate. Your driver called me about an hour before he arrived and also when he was outside my house. He was very efficient and polite and I was very pleased with everything he did. He was extremely courteous The roads were slippery and he had a difficult journey. My thanks to everyone who dealt with my order.

Expert Advice and Great Overall Service
