Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. I offer everything from chilled beach escapes to worldwide tours, city breaks, and cruises. I am a Booking Agent for Jet2holidays, TUI, easyJet holidays, Cruises, and many more, and I am proud to be a CLIA Accredited Cruise Expert and Qualified Australia Specialist. I can secure selected holidays and cruises with a low deposit, with the option to spread the cost via interest-free monthly Direct Debit payments. Why book with me? ✓ Price Beat/Match Challenge on 1000s of worldwide holidays and cruises! ✓ Book with confidence: ABTA (P7577) & ATOL (5534) protected, established 2007 and part of Hays Travel ✓ VIP service: no call-centre queues, award-winning with Travel Weekly, TTG & Jet2holidays, rated 'Excellent' on Trustpilot ✓ Plan up to 3 years ahead: low deposits and the option to pay monthly by interest-free Direct Debit^! ✓ Official booking agent for Jet2holidays, TUI, easyJet holidays, major airlines, and all leading cruise lines Ready to book 🥳? The package Joe put together for us was bespoke to our needs. The hotels and areas he chose for us were very good. In particular the hotels he chose for us in Hollywood and San Diego.
The two trips Joe put together with the trip were excellent.
He kept in touch with us throughout our trip and the lovely touch of welcoming note on arrival.
We would definitely book with Joe again.
Thank you so much for the great experience!

Wouldn't use anyone else to book through 😄
Can't fault Joe and his team at all. From initially booking right through to us coming home. Always book with Joe now as it's quick easy and stress free. We always get a good price as we know what we want and Joe always beats the price we give him.
We have had 6 holidays booked with Joe this year and he has beaten the online price on them all.
Always a welcome when we arrive at the hotel and a follow up email when we arrive home.
He also checks us in for our flights aswell which makes everything stress free.
Highly recommend Joe and his team 😄

Joe and his team booked a lovely holiday for us at the Vinci selection la plantacion in Tenerife. Flights and private transfers were excellent and the hotel was outstanding. Lovely and quiet, the food was of a very high quality, we would reccomend the 1/2 board package. The breakfast was an event on its own. Everything imaginable was available, we didn’t need to eat again till Tea time. We used the onsite restaurants also which were very nice. Staff were excellent. Probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.

On the whole it was a great holiday
On the whole it was a great holiday. Great hotel, good food and nice people! However we spent more time in the coach than on air! EasyJet transfer wasn’t exclusively for our flight. They waited over an hour for other flights to arrive from Liverpool and Luton I think. We knew that the distance to Mahadia was 83k and it would take around 90 minutes. But we were in the coach for just under 4 hours and arrived in the hotel around 12:20am. Otherwise it was a fab holiday!!!

Challenge Joe to beat your price!
Been twice booking through Joe and the team. With 2 more booked this year. Every time I find a bargain on a branded holiday app. I challenge Joe to beat it. He has every time and/or gets seats together. They book your seat, Had a lovely letter and bottle of fizz on the last holiday a few weeks ago. Brilliant service you can pay outright or pay monthly. Will continue to challenge Joe to beat my quotes and book when he does.

Bordering on harrasment!
I would advise not to even enquire with this company as you will be bombarded with automated messages on Whatsapp, when advising that this is poor service and off putting you will receive a arsey response and get blocked!
Since my review was left the company have unblocked me to send a Laughing emoji and re blocked me, very professional!!

Thank you for your review.
You submitted an enquiry requesting a quotation and we responded accordingly. However, our follow-up messages were only sent because there was no response whatsoever from you. You completely ignored our replies, and had you simply responded initially with a quick “no thank you”, there would have been no further contact.
As a small independent business, every enquiry is handled personally and quotes are prepared in good faith. A brief reply, even to decline, allows us to update our records and avoid any further follow-up messages.
We use WhatsApp where customers have chosen to enquire via that platform, as many clients appreciate quick and convenient communication. If someone asks not to be contacted, we of course respect that.
Edit: I have no record of any such emoji being sent, we conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times, as our 1000s of other happy customers on Trustpilot will attest.
We wish you the best with your future travel plans.

Abrupt Customer Service
I always seek a second opinion on booking my holidays so as I've booked before with Joe Biggs and always loved their attitude decided to give them a chance to either beat a quote or match it as advertised.
I text them via WhatsApp but after booking with hays travel and told them this information i received a cheeky reply insinuating I was not a genuine customer and a quick goodbye was offered .
I replied back after finding this reply very insulting and abruptly administered but received no reply 😕
My past business has been nothing but great 5☆ but now 1☆ NOT A HAPPY GENUINE CUSTOMER.
Best of luck with future awards.

Thank you for your review.
We’re comfortable with our decision and feel it’s important to provide some context. While you have booked with us in the past, there have been no recent bookings for quite some time. Instead, we’ve received repeated enquiries and quotation requests over a prolonged period, with bookings then consistently being made elsewhere.
As a small independent business, we must prioritise our time and service for clients who choose to book and travel with us. We are always happy to help genuine customers, but an ongoing pattern of enquiries without any intention to proceed is not sustainable for us.
We also expect communication to remain polite and respectful at all times. We will not tolerate sarcasm, abrupt or dismissive messages. Unfortunately, the tone of recent correspondence fell below the standard we consider acceptable, and we therefore made the decision to step back from further communication.
For anyone reading this review, we would gently direct you to the thousands of positive reviews and repeat clients who continue to trust us with their holidays year after year — something we are incredibly proud of and grateful for.
We stand by our decision and wish you all the best with your future travel arrangements.

Fuerteventura holiday
Just back from a week in Fuerteventura organised by Joe and Co. Joe was so helpful in organising our holiday even checked us in for flights as soon as check in opened online. On arrival at our hotel we found a lovely welcome note from Joe along with complimentary drinks in our room. This was a lovely unexpected gesture. Joe kept in touch with us right through to end of our holiday. Great communication and service from start to finish. Would highly recommend 👌
