Yrityksen kirjoittama
Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. I offer everything from chilled beach escapes to worldwide tours, city breaks, and cruises. I am a Booking Agent for Jet2holidays, TUI, easyJet holidays, Cruises, and many more, and I am proud to be a CLIA Accredited Cruise Expert and Qualified Australia Specialist. I can secure selected holidays and cruises with a low deposit, with the option to spread the cost via interest-free monthly Direct Debit payments. Why book with me? ✓ Price Beat/Match Challenge on 1000s of worldwide holidays and cruises! ✓ Book with confidence: ABTA (P7577) & ATOL (5534) protected, established 2007 and part of Hays Travel ✓ VIP service: no call-centre queues, award-winning with Travel Weekly, TTG & Jet2holidays, rated 'Excellent' on Trustpilot ✓ Plan up to 3 years ahead: low deposits and the option to pay monthly by interest-free Direct Debit^! ✓ Official booking agent for Jet2holidays, TUI, easyJet holidays, major airlines, and all leading cruise lines Ready to book 🥳? Seamless experience from start to finish
The whole experience of Joe and teams service from booking to returning has been absolutely seamless. Saved us money and seated us together on both flights, took care of online check in and sent boarding passes over both via email and message. Cannot fault the service one bit and will 100% be using again and recommending to my family and friends 😊

Can not fault
Honestly can not fault Joe and his team.
Booked with him after a reply to a query in a fb page. Joe was quick to response, polite and helpful. Didn't feel pushed into booking with him and he gave us time to consider (knowing prices are live and can fluctuate)
We quickly decided to book. It was straight forward and hassle free. I need assistance while travelling and Joe was able to add this again quickly and easily. He has been at the end of a phone when ever needed and has provided a great service.
Would absolutely recommend to friends family and any one rrally

Just had another wonderful holiday to…Morrocco
Just had another wonderful holiday to Agadir Morroco and of course booked through Joe Biggs and his team. Lost count now on how many holidays I’ve booked with Joe, maybe into the 20’s now. From city breaks, holidays and cruises. I know I can trust him fully with my requirements and always there if we run into any problems. I find my holiday/ cruise then immediately contact him to get me the best deal. Wouldn’t book with anyone else. Give him and his team a try I am sure you won’t regret it. Well done Joe and team. Thanks for all your hard work.

Joe Biggs is by far the best Personal…
Joe Biggs is by far the best Personal Holiday Advisor out there. He goes above and beyond from start to finish with your booking. He beats any quote that you may have received from other reputable companies and keeps it personal all the way. Including on-line checking in, he even does that for you too. (Including reserving seats on the aircraft sometimes without further charge it can be yet another incentive to book with him) and he forwards your boarding passes to save you the hassle.
The whole stress of admin is dealt with by himself, Olivia or Becka. On my most recent holiday booked through him there was even a very welcome bottle of bubbly and two champagne glasses to welcome me in my room. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If you have any questions or queries you can message him by WhatsApp and he will reply promptly. Also if you recommend him to friends or family and they book with him he gives you a thank discount on your own holiday. I would highly recommend using him and his team for your next holiday. I will certainly be using him for all of my future ones. My family are now hooked too. Go for it. It’s a win win for you.
Thank you Joe Biggs xx
