Never order anything i did not recieved any order and also didn't got my money back. It's a fack account never order anything there!!!!!

I never received an order for a jacket I placed on December 14, 2025. I am reporting you to the better business bureau. You are a fraud who stole 54.00 from me. Shame on you. Shame!

I ordered many sweaters and they have never arrived. I ordered them in January and I started writing them asking whats going on in February and they said that they had to see with logistics, and we are on March 23 two months later from the order done and they have not arrived. And I ask for a cancellation and they say they cannot do that.

This company is not a legitimate company. In my experience they have not shipped my item and after multiple requests for an update say that my order is under review its been esculated to the right department and we are waiting for a response. It has been 6 weeks and they cannot give any information on my order.
I have requested a refund and they say that they cannot issue a refund due to the status of my order, their system wont allow it. So they have taken my money and done nothing in exchange, not sent the product, not given a refund and cannot give information on the order. Please avoid I believe this is a scam.

Place the order but after about 2 weeks I hadn't heard from them with an update. After repeated email exchanges asking them to cancel the order and being told they couldn't because the order was already filled and getting ready to ship they then emailed saying that the item was out of stock. They offered a credit or an exchange. I demanded my money back (again) and as of today I have given up ever getting my money back.

Scam Alert. Never received the product I ordered. No refund. 100% Rip-Off

Total scam! ordered some items in November 2025 and its 19 of February now. Lost in mail. I called post office and they said it is being sent back to sender cause of wrong mailing address. Cant call them cause they have no number, what company has no phone number? So you have to correspond Via email. They keep saying there looking into it! I just want a refund but no such luck!!

All the items sent were the wrong items I ordered and the material is very cheap. Stay away!

Do not purchase anything from this company, they do not accept any communication and send same response - items take forever even with promises of being sent

I am writing this to warn every potential shopper to stay far away from Joe-store.com. This website is not a legitimate retail business; it is a calculated fraud scheme operated by a Chinese company designed to steal your money.
The Bait-and-Switch Scam
They use high-quality, professional photos of clothing to attract customers. However, they do not own or sell the merchandise pictured online. Once they have your money—in my case, $159.80—they send "merchandise" that is:
Cheap and Inferior: The quality is bottom-of-the-barrel fabric that feels like paper or plastic.
Completely Different: The items received bear zero resemblance to the advertised photos in terms of cut, color, or material.
The Refund "Trap"
When you realize you've been scammed and reach out for a refund, the nightmare continues. Instead of providing a return label or a refund, their "customer service" will:
Refuse the Return: They flat-out deny your request to send back the fake items.
Pressure Tactics: They try to "convince" you to keep the garbage they sent, sometimes offering a measly 10 to 20 percent "discount" on your next order as if that makes up for $159.80 of stolen money.
Ghosting: Once they realize you won't accept their fake excuses, they stop responding entirely.

Joe-store.com may also be parading as Ralphlorence.com, Cassesimo.com, Harrysloss.com, and several other online storefronts. These online clothing stores may all be operated by the same fraudsters. Simply, stay far away from them.

Took over 10 weeks for my item to arrive. Zero customer service help. Ordered an XL mens. What arrived was like a kids size 8T. It was a mini replica of the real thing. Rip off scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!

this online store does NOT even deserve one star. In over 30 years of buying products online this is the absolute worst! I am suspicious that it is a fake online platform. Zero customer service: we ordered product, they responded and said not available, we tried another product, same story and suggested different sizes. In short, they wanted the money but NOT to deliver the product. This online store is a fake, a sham; do not use them. Beware of their lack of integrity; absolutely terrible. Believe all the negative reviews, it is not just people complaining, the reviews are truthful.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I ordered 2 items in November never came. I contacted end of January said items never came. I even sent them the orders and the dats from PayPal. Then me four items non of them I ordered. Back and forth back and forth. The said I ordered the items on Dec. 31st. I was not even in the states then. I have since seen the items I ordered on similar (I guess scam) sites-same pics too. I figured a loss. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE STORES ITEMS ARE CHEAP AND YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED! BEWARE!!!!!

1 ster is nog teveel. Oplichters die een goedkoop shirt van 2 a 3 euro sturen inplaats van het bestelde shirt.

Avoid! The product that arrived was not what I ordered. Furthermore, it was of laughably bad quality. Do not waste your time or money.

Pure Chinese scam! Ordered in November 2025 and got sent some fake item 2 sizes smaller. I was promised a replacement and until Feb-26 they are processing my order - stay away - complete scam

I got a camouflage jacket. All I could do was laugh when it arrived. It was genuinely pathetic. I should have known by the price as it was only $35 or something like that.
