Thank you to the JMS Financial team especially their mortgage broker Funda for my fast remortgage and great rate. I especially valued the timely nature of the DIP, just before interest rates went up.

I engaged JMS as mortgage brokers for my first time purchase of a flat in London.
Given the mortgage uncertainity and difficulties of 2023 and despite having an appropriate salary no broker managed to get me a mortgage offer with proper budget to buy the property I wanted.
JMS was able to secure me the mortgage for the right budget and a very good interest fee for the current market situation.

The communication from the team is outstanding, constant reassurance and communication of the application process, although one of my mortgage did not go through due to buyer pulling out they did not charge me for my initial application and continued helping me with my next application.
