They have just finished installing a complete central heating system in our new home. From the start you get professionalism and transparency. Jim, Scott and their whole team are top of their game. They take the time to go through what you are looking for, explain the best systems for you and why. They are incredibly knowledgeable in their field. We have moved several times throughout the years and have used several different heating specialists, but these guys are on another level. If you are looking for reliable, honest and knowledgeable team, then these guys are your men. For such a high standard of service you expect to pay high prices, but their pricing was also incredibly competitive and reasonable. Jln plumbing were excellent from start to finish. Came out to give a quote in emailed me the full quote within 24hrs, no pressure to accept and gave ten days to compare others etc. They were competitively priced and had availability within a week to complete the job. Great communication and gave me a 5 hour slot for the day. Text the morning and an hour before to let me know they were coming. Did a fantastic job, very professional, tested the system and cleaned everything before they went. Cannot recommend enough. A big thanks from a nice warm household!

Excellent customer service with fitters/engineers who are a credit to there company.

This company is a joy to deal with. Friendly, professional and promptly reactive. We needed to replace two radiators but in two phases (1) remove the old ones prior to decoration of the room and then (2) installing the new ones.
The operators were clean, professional and highly house trained in cleaning up as they departed. We have no hesitation in giving a 110% recommendation.

Over the past two years, I’ve been renovating my property, and JLN has been instrumental throughout the process. They carried out all the pipework and provided comprehensive reports on heat loss calculations and radiator sizing requirements. Today, they successfully completed the installation of a Vaillant heat pump system.

I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for their expert guidance, prompt responses to my many questions, and consistently high standard of workmanship. Excellent professional service

Excellent end to end service and work delivery. The office and engineering staff clearly explained their processes and work with constant communication (electronic and verbal) to get the job done. The engineer was really experienced, tidy and explained what repair were made and why/cause of the of the damage. I would highly recommend JLN 👍

Sadly I had a slight issue with my installation, but I told them and they quickly organised someone to come and correct it. They did so perfectly!
