This is the second review I’ve had to…
This is the second review I’ve had to post on here about this dreadful company. Despite emails to and from JLA, settling with them despite them never attending our property to do any work and just to stop them harassing us for money. They are still sending demands for further money. I am now taking this to the trading standards ombudsman and receiving advice from them. I shall keep you all updated. But please for your own sakes, avoid this appalling company.

Great service for fire extinguishers
Everything was organised in advance, and what made the service great was that Steve and Josh were able to complete the service without much interruption to the site team, they required escorting in some building but they planned this in to their schedule and let us know when it was needed. They gave updates at the end of each day and at the end of the job.

Polite and efficient
Very helpful customer services. Able to locate me straight away, identify which machine and what the problem was and arrange for an engineer to be sent out within 24 hours.
