Ordered a vest on July 5, 2023. No shipping notification or anything from them . Sent a couple of emails to customer service only to receive a reply that my email address was blocked. Initiated a dispute with Klarna. Tried calling phone number in their Industry City location - always a busy signal .

Scam! I ordered from them in last January, never got my items shipped. I emailed them a couple of time. Their first response was last May, they said they will process the shipping, but still no process up until now. I just tried to email them again but they blocked by account. What a scam!

As other people, I placed an order in March and never received my order. I emailed JINGUS and they blocked my message. Please don’t buy anything from this website. It’s a SCAM!

I order around $100 on March 2023, and did not receive anything till mid July now. I sent to customer care email and they never replied. Next day, I sent email and they blocked me. SCAMMMMMMMMM. Please do not buy from them. I lost my money.

Same as other consumers! I paced 2 orders and checked out the pictures and comments posted by past costumers so thought the company was legitimate. I placed the orders June 02&3rd 2023 it is now July 06 and l have never received anything and can not get a response from the company so I have submitted fraudulent charges on my credit card.
I know the clothes look great for the price BUT NOT WHEN YOU RECEIVE NOTHING!

DONT ORDER! I have 9 orders dating back from November 2022 that have never been shipped! I have spent over $1500 on clothing that has never arrived. I send emails and all of them go unanswered, when I send instagram messages, it’s like they have no idea what I’m asking them to do. They use to be good, I love their clothes so I’m so upset that they won’t even ship their orders anymore.

RICIDULOUS!!!!!!! I placed an order on March 19 2023 and up to this day I never received it, or even got an email for shipping confirmation - it is still ''awaiting shipment''. I am unable to contact them by email (I receive an error notification), by phone (no answer - only a voicemail, and no call back), or by direct message on their website. I AM PISSED OFF!

JingUS is officially a scam now. Do not buy from them! I placed an order 6 months ago and it's never arrived. Asked for refund and got ghosted.

I placed my order in March 2023 and it has not been shipped yet! I want to cancel my order and get my money back and realized that there is no way to contact with them. Never reply emails, never answer phone call, messenger never works, can not comment on their Facebook post, WeChat can not adding friends!!! Ridiculous J.ING US!!! Will never buy!!!

I placed an order in January but never received it. Emailed them a few times to the same effect, they'd gotten a lot of orders, etc. Six months later I ended up moving, and I really don't believe I'll ever receive it, so I asked for a refund. They prattled about priority shipping, I didn't believe them so I asked for a refund. Then they ghosted me. Don't order from them.

I made an order in January 2022 and not received anything over 6 months later. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company since they never replied to any of my emails. They are still "selling" products on their site and taking customers' money which is completely unethical and illegal. They started systematically removing all negative comments from their social media accounts or turning off comments altogether. Also, they are posting fake reviews on THIS very site. You'll notice a consecutive amount of 4-5 star reviews from "users" who post their full name to appear legitimate. Don't fall for it. Please heed this warning.

I placed two orders on April 18 and May 30, and neither one has shipped. It seems they have simply stopped shipping orders at this point, while continuing to take your money. By the way, I get an error if I try to e-mail their customer support address, so it seems like they closed it down, which is a massive red flag.

Don't be fooled by the slick website and professional photos -- this company is now a scam. I'm going to have to dispute the charges with my bank, and I suggest you all do the same.

This site is a scam. I ordered 12/25/22 and still have not received my order. I followed up with them for MONTHS over and over and over again. I realized once you email them and spam their Instagram they get scared of their image and delete your comments (which they have cleaned up their instagram) so people KEEP ordering. They run a "urgent" sale on their site all the time but they are a scam. They finally just told me after saying they were going to ship my things for 4 months, to we will refund you to will you take a GIFTCARD and I said no - then they told me to dispute it. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, or ENERGY.

I have been ordering from them for two years! But since last year around May they seemed to be not shipping orders at all. I never got a refund for one of the pieces that was miss In my last year order! I gave them a another chance and ordered in June again. Since June first I haven’t received any updates of my order!! It says awaiting shipment but was never shipped!!! The customer service is so bad! They kept saying the same thing like they would ship soon but nothing is happening! Had to open a dispute with the bank!!!

Never received the order for more than 2 months. Email was never answered. Contacted bank for refund. DO NOT TRUST.

never shipped! and when pressed for an update they said it would be shipping soon..... that was four months ago. don't bother with this one.
