One of the worst websites I deal with.
I created 2 special, loaded photo jigsaw puzzles as a gift to a friend, each with a special message.
The boxes arrived after a week. It's fine, but the message is just full of square boxes, instead of my message. Did a customer enquiry, they said I didn't check the review properly. The review photo of the box is quite small, and you can't enlarge it to have a close inspection.
They refuse to sort it out... my £60+ is totally wasted, and down the drain.

Warning, warning, warning. There are quite a few similar site around; keep clear of this one....

Don't give them your email. Constant stream of emails despite deleting my account and unsubscribing.

I ordered a specific puzzle my son wanted. 3000 pieces. when it arrived it was immediately apparent there were 2 identical bags of 1500 pieces. When i contacted jigsaw puzzle I was advised I had to deal with the manufacturer directly. This involved photos, proof of purchase etc. I have ordered of Amazon since. Any issues resolved swiftly and directly.

Delivery times shown on site are very misleading. Ordered a week ago, no confirmation that it has been shipped and no response to email.

Totally disgusted with this company! I wanted to return 3 puzzles I ordered in error. I was under the impression this was a UK based company. However they want me to send my return to GERMANY which would cost more than puzzles cost. (Very clever) forcing people to keep puzzles! I paid £3.99 for delivery and delivery was fast. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ? My advice stay away!!

Decided to try out company and filled in details to buy one jigsaw. Believe the company is French. Anyway when I came to pay my card was verified and then the details filled in - not by me but by LINK!!
I found this highly disconcerting as I have never used LINK and didn’t even know it existed.
I stated I did not want to use LINK and tried to delete my details and order. This was only partially possible. There was no mechanism to delete my order nor my account.
I have no idea where or how my details are stored - without my consent.
I presume this is all part of their way of trading.
Not for me.

By the website you would expect this company to be in the UK but obviously it isnt. Perhaps that explains why after contacting them as they stated to find details on how to sell used jigsaws I did not recieve a reply.
Their write up sounds good but actual service hasn't lived up to expectations. Very disappointed.

Avoid due to poor choice of delivery provider.

The DHL Express email said they would require a signature, apart from they never asked for one. Delivered to some unknown location with a picture of the parcel in someone elses porch. Then, simply claimed it was accepted by someone it was not. Jigsaw Puzzle are shirking all responsibility.

I ordered online, rang them to ask if it could be shipped on the day as I needed it quickly. They called me back and ensuref I received the puzzle on time. Products are great quality and very good value for money.

After reading reviews I was a bit apprehensive about ordering but they do have competitive prices on the puzzles I wanted so I decided I will give it a go. I ordered 4 jigsaws on Sunday, I received email from DHL with tracking info on Monday (they were shipped from France), delivery was made on Wednesday. I really cannot fault them. Their websites states 3 day delivery, an in fact, it was just that. I read some comments about their cardboard boxes not being sturdy and thick enough, I can see how this can be a problem if your parcel is left in the rain or was not treated well on the way but my box came looking perfect. I ordered 4 jigsaws from my favourite brand which is Trefl, they are always sealed in foil so I wasn't worried. Maybe its just a beginners luck and I was lucky with my first order. I will definitely order again and update on here if I have any issues. I can say that the service I experienced was great and their prices on many of the puzzles were very competitive, I had these exact 4 puzzles in my Amazon basket and even with a multiple item discount it was £17 more expensive. Keep in mind, if you are in the UK, that you pay in Euro so there is a exchange fee, in my case it was £0.75 which was still worth it because I saved £17. I went via cashback website and got cashback of £1.05 which is already payable and tracked very quicky. I also had free delivery with their code. All in all, in terms of price this company is great. I will be ordering more soon.

I have just bought 2 jigsaw puzzles from them. They have arrived. No damage. I knew when buying it was a European company. There was an option to have tracking so i did. I knew when the delivery date was. And it arrived a week earlier than estimated. I am happy with my purchases.

I'm surprised to find so many negative reviews here as I have bought from them many times and never had any problems.

I'd taken the time to read the details at the bottom of their home page and although initially it seemed as if they were based in the uk it was quite clear that they were not. They were not trying to hide it and have separate pages for other European countries as well.

So yes they take a bit longer than an order from a uk based company but for the sake of being able to get a different range of puzzles an inconvenience I'm happy to have.

The postage isn't excessive although I gather there were a few hitches in the aftermath of Brexit. I've just paid £5.99 for four puzzles which was more than made up for in cheaper puzzles.

The only slight criticism is that they don't put extra padding in the boxes which could potentially make them more susceptable to getting dented in transit.

I've been ordering from them since 2016 and my latest delivery was today. I'm happy to recommend them as I have been very pleased with all my purchases.

No customer service, no answer to emails, item sent

Scam company. Claims jigsaws are in stock with delivery within a day or 3, paid and told no delivery until 20th December- 3rd of Jan.

Spoke to the manufacturer of thst particularly jigsaw and they don't supply this 'company'

This company is selling products on a false promise.

Ordered and it clearly states, fast delivery, great quality picture. Both of these are wrong. Pay a bit more (we are talking a couple of pounds) and have the piece of mind that you will get a good quality puzzle.

The customer service is none existent and the emails they send you have a website link to their company which isn’t even a registered website.

If you have ordered, contact your bank and get a refund now. You should be covered and the more people dispute payments with them, the more likely they will be flagged by card companies as a high risk.

Until they can deliver a UK basis standard of service and product, don’t give them your money. They need you more than you need them.

Calling the company Jigsaw Puzzles UK and prominently claiming their puzzles are in stock is obviously fraudulently designed to make people think the puzzles are in the UK and will arrive quickly. Whereas in practice there is a 3 or 4 week delivery time meaning they are probably in stock in China! When queried about non-delivery they say the tracking number (which they don't provide) will only be available two days before delivery. Which is probably when it arrives in the UK!

COMPLETE FRAUD - The picture on the site is beautiful and clear. The product I received is blurry and very poor quality. I would like a full refund including shipping for all the trouble of waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery, receiving a very low quality product and having to have paid £4.99 shipping. I feel completely scammed.

I should read the review first. So it is not an UK based company, i don’t even thinked about it because the .co.uk adrress and the British flag on the site, i am just shocked the 2 weeks shipping time and then i realized this company is not in the UK. So i have to look an another present for my friend :(

I ordered from that website more than once and had very positive experience. They had great offer on bluebird puzzles recently, so I made bigger purchase of 13 puzzles, order was placed on 02/08/2024 and delivered on 12/08/2024 which isn’t too bad. Parcel was packed well, nothing was damaged, will possibly order again in future.
