10 year customer

I've been ordering from jiffy for nearly 10 years. Never has the delivery been so slow and never have I had my orders been rescheduled for another day the way it did this week. This past order I placed at 1030am on Monday. Maybe 8 shirts, I can't remember at top of my head. I had my order split up into 3 deliveries. First one didn't arrive until Thursday. Once I placed my order Monday and saw the delivery date changed once I placed my order from Tuesday to Thursday. I had order shirts from another place. So then I finally got my 1st order Thursday. I was supposed to get my 2nd and 3rd order Friday but only got 2nd shipment. 3rd was rescheduled.

Great customer service

Been using jiffy for all my blank…

Been using jiffy for all my blank shirts. Site is easy, very quick to ship. Been great to us. However, the last 2 orders some things have been getting noticed or found. We have encountered not true to size shirts! I have had some clients complain of this, so I tried my self, and they are correct. Different color of the same brand and model shirt should not change sizing. Also, I’ve been finding more damaged shirts, could be threading, off centered neck hole, permanent creases on shirts, discoloration too. I now have to thoroughly check my garments when they arrive!
