Jiffy Airport Parking - JFK Arvostelua 3 636

Check in was OK with valet parking. The attendant was overwhelmed with few cars arrived at same time. He had no help.

Check out was OK. Driver and office staff need to be more courteous and helpful
Car was ready for us to depart when we arrived at Jiffy which is nice as we did not have to wait.

I was highly dissappointed in that the parking location didn't honor my coupon that I downloaded from their own website! I had to pay the original price - the rep said that the coupon was bogus. That was very disheartening to hear. Other than that, they were ok.

Good service shuttle arrived promptly and car was ready

Excellent and fast service that is cheaper than others at JFK. Left my car for 18 days. Drop off was quick. Upon return at around 1 am in the morning, i just called and was picked up by shuttle after 10 minutes. My car was ready about 5 minutes after i arrived at the lot.

The wait was a little long for the pickup on our return trip but other than that a great service

Dropoff was fast and easy. Ride to the terminal was fast and courteous. Used the text reply to request pickup when we arrived back to jfk and waited for over half an hour for pickup. Called the phone number on the slip and was told that they never recieved the pickup request. They sent the van in about 10 minutes and my car was there waiting for me. Would suggest calling on arrival and not relying on the messaging process.

I use Jiffy all the time. Never had an issue. But now they’re closing.

Quick in and out. No wait for Shuttle

Experience was excellent. Got us straight to the airport with no issues. When we returned, waited maybe 10 min for shuttle, but when we arrived at the lot, the car was ready right out front. Would definitely recommend

Van needs to be replaced. Too much clattering/clanking when going over rough roads. Driver not very friendly. Location is great. Used to be the Parking Spot service but not the same. No free bottle of cold water. Clerk did not explain that I had to use bar code on receipt to be able to exit gate.

Rating I give is good. Don't agree with number of stars going from average to great. However I would have rated them excellent except that they often don't answer phone and when they do they want you to work online. For instance, when retrieving the car. They kept telling me to scan the ticket. If you call them and give them the ticket number it should get done. It took multiple phone calls to get through. The same was true when I attempted to call them to make reservation. They need to be able to process you over the phone. Once I reached,a person the shuttle service and wait time were excellent. Very courteous driver. Would use them again.
