JF Lawe're very supportive from the start. They explained each step in detail, but also in a way that I could understand quite easily. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion. Communication was really good and I felt like they cared. Gemma Shields was very professional and kind. I had no previous encounter with personal injury claims before, but i could ask her anything, which i frequently did and nothing was too much trouble for her. I cant rate a 0 or I would. this bunch of shysters took 3 weeks to read the nam then email me saying they couldn't use the account since then its been delay tactics one after another no solicitor would wait a week after the agreement is up to take action they have the money and want to keep it paying interest don't use them or trust a word out of ther lying mouths next step ombudsman and im taking action against them

I had Annalease deal with my claim and I cannot express how much I recommend this company. My claim was 15 years past the cut off point of putting in a CICA claim so I really did not expect any think from it but I thought no win no fee what do I have to lose.
Low and behold 6 months from our 1st contact and Annalease won my claim for me.
