My experience with Jewelry Room has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I ordered items in November as Christmas gifts, but the package I received contained the wrong items entirely. The package was addressed to me, and the tracking number matched the one on my account. However, the items inside were for a charity event in Washington, for someone with the same first name as me.

Hi Hannah, apparently we sent a wrong package to you. The items were for a charity event next week in Washington. If you can help us send it to them immediately, it will be appreciated. Be happy to give you a $150 coupon to spend on our site and of course the postage price.

Adding to the frustration, I paid $60.33 in duties and taxes upon delivery, only to find out the package wasn’t even mine. It was also almost a $200 order. I was then asked to remail the package to the correct recipient, with the promise of reimbursement for postage and a $150 PayPal refund as compensation. While I mailed the package back, it became clear that the company used me to avoid import fees, as the return label created in fedex showed it the label was first made to their address in Hong Kong then deleted and replaced with the Washington address which upon googling was another branch of their website.

After returning their items, the communication stopped entirely. I reached out multiple times to inquire about my actual order, the reimbursement of my $60.33, and the promised $150 coupon, but received no response. It’s been over a month since this ordeal began. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal just to try and recover my money, which I did end up getting the duties and fees back and a bit of the $150 promised.

I inquired again two days ago about my actual order and still have not received a response.

This whole situation has left me feeling scammed and incredibly disappointed, especially during a financially challenging holiday season. I was relying on my order for Christmas gifts, but instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and without the items I purchased.

As well, on the site when I set my max bid I never exceeded $16. However some of the items I won says I bid $26. I wrote this off as a mistake on my end and paid for the items. However after all of this I don’t think it was a mistake on my end.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping with JewelryRoom unless you’re prepared for potential mishandling, lack of communication, (unless they want something) and additional financial stress. This was a terrible experience, and I’ll never shop with them again.

I purchased my ring set on January 20th 2024, today is March 7th 2024 and I still have not received my order yet. Very disappointed, I'm not sure what's going on. Will update if things work out.

When I was bidding on a ring on the website said it was 9k solid gold with half k diamond when I got it,it was nothing but a cheap fashion ring worth $50 and I paid $450 beware people it's a scam

I really love Jewelryroom.com. I have had so much fun purchasing jewelry from them. I have multiple purchases thru them and have only had one issue they resolved very quickly...which is more than I can say from some other online sites I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I intent to continue being their customer and hope others have as good an experience as I have had.

I have been purchasing items from here for about a year. Once, what I bid on was not received. I received a similar item, which was fine. The issue was resolved. Great customer service and I am please with everything that I have purchased.

I would definitely recommend this website.

I have purchased from Jewelry Room many times and have never been disappointed. The postage from USA to Australia was fast and all have arrived safely.

I have purchased many items and have been happy with most of them.
Only once did they not re-size a ring and said if I sent it back they would do it but I chose not to. I will shop with them again.

I have shopped on The Jewelry Room. com for couple years and have been satified with the service and products bought.

An item advertised as 18k gold tested as gold plated. I reached out to the company for possible recourse and received no response.

I have been a consistent customer of JewelryRoom for some time and I have always been satisfied with my purchases however, recently I had some trouble with the courier service that delivers to my country. The tracking said that my package from JewelryRoom had been delivered but it had not been delivered at all.

I was worried that my order had been sent back to the warehouse so I sent a message to JewelryRoom’s customer support service team. Right from the start I found their customer support representative to be very friendly and very helpful and despite the fact that, as it turned out, it wasn’t returned to the warehouse, the customer support representative gave me a refund voucher for the cost of my order anyway. I was delighted by this act of good faith. The customer support service was excellent.

Another time, approximately two years ago, one of the rings I had ordered arrived with a small diamond missing from around the centre stone. I took a picture and, again, wrote a message to customer support asking what I should do. Without even a thought, they offered to replace the ring and when I asked where I should send the defective ring, JewelryRoom’s customer support representative told me that I could keep the ring that had the defect as well as the replacement ring. Not many customer support services offer such a service as this! I couldn’t speak more highly of JewelryRoom and their customer support service.

This company has grown to be a company with high quality items and great customer service. I have been shopping on this site for nearly 4 years and continue to go back so they must be doing something great! Thanks Ed and jewelryroom staff, Well Done! :) I appreciate your efforts immensely

Traveling the website was very easy to do. I did not experience any issues or problems.

I have been a Jewelry Room customer for about two years now and review the website almost every day. I like to see what’s new and unusual. I like the “unusual” and discovering a new piece that hasn’t been mass produced. The designers are very creative.

I do wish they would offer more than just one or two sizes when it comes to rings.

Some of the necklaces and pendants do include the chain, but many don’t. A complete necklace and/or pendant would be well received from their buyers, I know I would most likely buy more of them.

I’d like to add that the pictures on the website do NOT do the pieces justice. They are so much prettier and vibrant once you actually see them.

Jewelry Room has always been are very open to suggestions and/or comments. When I’ve had an issue, no matter the type, it has always been resolved.

I have been doing business with this company for many years. Found most items are excellent and able to sell them well. When I have problems, they respond quickly and will work with me until it is solved.

It is highly recommended.

I recieved some damaged rings and reported this to Ed, I am able to return these for a full refund. Ed is always kind and most of the time the jewelry is really nice. I enjoy using this site. Overall I have done alot of business with jewelryroom and plan to continue to do business for years to come.

I had very short time to get an engagement ring and the 'Jewellery Room' not only helped me to find the one I'd like, they also made sure the engraving and delivery were so fast that I could propose to my partner the day I wanted. He said yes and loved the ring!

BEWARE! This online jewelry auction site looks decent enough. However, there are some important things to consider before participating in their auctions. First, there are hidden costs that are not disclosed , which you only see when you are at the checkout. ( Sellers premium etc)
Second, aside from an antiquated ticket system, there is no reliable way to communicate with the company if/when you have concerns.
Third. Expedited shipping is fake.
Fourth. They charge premium shipping, but actually ship the items through uninsured post..good luck if your PKG goes missing.
Overall, just save your$$$ and avoid having your financial information stolen and later become the victim of fraudulent activity.
