Sapphire engagement ring
Ryan was really useful in helping me to pick and redesign the right engagement ring for my now wife.
Being inexperienced in jewellery he helped explain the various metals and stones and their value/degradation issues.
I provided some ideas for the ring and he helped pick out a brilliant halo style and to highlight the sapphire centre stone which was an important element for my wife.
Highly recommend

Engagement ring
I showed Ryan a photo of an engagement ring that partner had seen. He was able to design and make this for me and supply photos of the design by text. He was available for phone calls and replied within the day to any messages. With his experience, he was able to advise the best material and also explained the different diamond types.
Really helpful, great customer service and even better product

Ryan custom designed a Harry Potter…
Ryan custom designed a Harry Potter themed engagement ring for me to give to my soul mate.
He was phenomenal throughout the process and listened to my ideas and clearly explained why some of my ideas were not possible and an alternative, something about different size gem stones in a channel not working. He suggested using claw settings which ended up looking better and much more practical than anything I had envisaged.
He was professional through the process and allowed my input for 2 drafts of the design before a final drawing and then made a beautiful ring.
Also gave clear rationale about the softness of metal choices and detailed costing throughout.
He then went on to make a beautiful wedding ring to slot in alongside the engagement ring.
Stunning custom made jewellery and he really made the effort to ensure I understood the process, when I was over eager and asking how he did everything.
Most importantly my now wife was thrilled with both rings.
