The physical card does not get any data. I have Emailed 2 times with a supposed fix but nothing! Just generic what to do. Never again.Look elsewhere for a reputable company.

You can improve by actually activating SIM cards.

DO NOT BUY A JETSIM SIM CARD AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ACTIVATE. THEY EVEN REQUEST YOUR ORDER AS PROOF. NEXT THEY WILL REQUEST YOUR FINGER PRINTS. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. JETSIM SUCKS.

DO NOT BUY! I ordered two cards through a third‑party and was not made aware that JetSim will not activate without the third‑party order number. This practice feels like a tracking & marketing racket, especially since the company does not actually provide a SIM service but merely buys and sells the numbers upon activation. I have never experienced this with any other SIM provider before. This joint straight-up took my money and ran. They were quite helpful to apologize for the 'inconvenience', though.

Do not buy! Hours spent on customer service cause it wouldn't work. Multiple times it would drop off data or not work. Customer service was useless in helping. They walk through the same 4 steps relatively and then would disappear front the chat before it was resolved.

My friends multiple chips worked perfectly.
This was a horrible sim chip, and awful customer service.

Doesn't say anywhere before buying that service starts right away as soon as you buy I was planning for my upcoming trip but it's 3 days ago wasted my 3 days

Great experience today with Matt from Jetsim. Lovey Gentleman who put us both at ease. This was a 70th birthday pressie for my hubby but Matt included me also. Would highly recommend

While using jetsim in urban cities in Pakistan, it worked really well. Now using it in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, the connectivity is patchy and sometimes slow but still better than Eskimo which is a waste of money.

First my esim was not working for 2 days, after they activated they told me that i used already 10GB out of 30gb, and after 1 week my esim again not working! And im takcing it for 30days!!
Update, i contacted with the support agent, and he he told me that my plan is only 10gb, and i took a screen shot for the price and my bank invoice, and im now waiting for 2 days and the only thing that they replying with is that they are working to solve the issue!
Its very bad!!!

After extending my stay out of country, I found myself in need of a new esim once my initial one expired.
I was able to purchase and activate my new Jetsim over a trusted wifi connection + vpn, and it became usable within a few hours.
Service was good, despite being located in more remote areas of Thailand. I was able to use Signal, social media, and local apps, as well as play mobile games.
Great service, simple and easy to activate.

Such bad app i paid 42$ something & it’s not working at all i wish i didn’t pay that much
