Jetsetassist, est une arnaque car après une image de vente il y a ensuite des prélèvements de 69.99eur sans votre consentement, sans acceptation de votre part. Et après réclamation, toujours pas remboursé...

Auch ich kann mich nur minen Vorgängern anschließen. Ich bin leider auch darauf reingefallen. Mir haben sie eine E-Mail zum Geburtstag geschickt und haben mir für 2,30€ ein Rituals-Geschenkset angeboten.
Auf einmal buchen sie 3 Tage spräter 69,99€ von der Kreditkarte ab und antworten, ich hätte ein Abo abgeschliossen. Steht in deren Terms & Conditions.

Das angebliche Abo habe ich erstmal wieder "gekündigt" und hoffe nun, dass sie nicht monatlich / jährlich abbuchen.
Die Kreditkarte habe ich sperren lassen und versuche jetzt, meine Kohle wiederzubekommen.

Ob ich das Geschenkset von Rituals erhalte? Da mache ich ein ganz großes Fragezeichen dran ....

Update (10.12.25): Ich habe nach diversen bösen Mails meinerseits heute tatsächlich die 69,99€ zurückbekommen. Zuerst haben sie mir die Hälfte angeboten. Ich habe aber auf alles bestanden.

There isnt a zero stars or i would have put that .Fighting to get a refund , I didnt sign up to a subscription service costing app £59. I havent had the goods for that i paid for .
They havent heard the last of me. Do not engage with this company , they run ads on facebook , offer goods just over £2 . you take up the offer then you are caught in their trap . Avoid Avoid Avoid

this is a scam site, you enter a competition and pay about £2 for postage but what they dont say is that you have subscribe and they take more money off you, cancel it straight away

Scam site. Fraudulently took money from my Barclaycard which fortunately I got refunded by their fraud team.

Scam alert! I entered a ‘competition’ and was asked to pay a £2 shipping fee, which I did, but the payment didn’t work and I was prompted to try again. I then received an email from Jetsetassist welcoming me and providing login information. I have contacted my bank and taken the necessary steps.

Fraudulent website, they have taken unauthorised payments from my account.

I just used this, I was on Facebook marketplace and I pressed on this saying it’s parcels for less than £2. I made the payment thinking that it would be fine as it was only a small amount, however this morning they took out almost £60 from my account. Please don’t use this company and make the same mistake I did. Stay safe.

Scammers! Took 4 unauthorised payments from my account. Thankfully, I got a full refund from the RBS who were very helpful and supportive. Makes my blood boil that "companies" like this get away with it. AVOID!

I got scammed to £1.97 then £59.13 rolling payment each month the bank told me. Got my money back but that's not the point.SCAM SCAM SCAM BE AWARE!!!!!!

Managed to report to my Bank but still in dispute with HSBC to get my money back - it’s been 8 weeks and nothing

I fell for a L'Oréal beauty box scam! Paid for postage £1.97 supposed to receive a beauty box. Nothing has arrived.

Lo and behold £58.69 taken 3
days later when I was out of the country away on holiday! Another £58.31 taken this week!
Only just discovered it.

Absolute scum.

Absolute scam. Do not I repeat do not even give any details to these thieves

SCAM! Do not give any permission to access your bank account otherwise you'll get scammed and money taken.

Scammers. As with others, I took up an offer and they took £1.97 then a few days later £58. Silly me for believing something too good to be true!

It posted on facebook to attract buyers for a 2 euros Northface backpack. Then they drew 69.99euros from my bank. Fortunately the bank disallowed the fraud transaction.

Scam. I fell for an offer on Facebook of a “free” North Face rucksack, when I clicked on it I was asked for £1.97 postage which seemed reasonable. The next day they tried to take £58 from my account, fortunately my Bank didn’t release the money. This is a scam company, beware.
