Jets.com Arvostelua 5

I've been flying with Jets.com for the last 18 months and was with one of the bigger industry players before that. Hourly rates are reasonable and they don't charge taxi time which I appreciate. Planes are mostly modern and I've never had any issues with their selections. For me, the fact that they don't have blackout dates is one of their major benefits because I need the flexibility to fly with my family over the school holidays.
Only minor gripe: there's no app for booking, however the broker I deal with is always super responsive so it's never been an issue.

My wife and I are frequent private flyers, so having a team that’s always available and easy to reach is a game-changer. We've flown with Jetscom a dozen or so times a year since 2022, and they’re always super responsive.

We went with Jets because their booking process was simple, and their pricing is straightforward.

What we have love about Jets is that they can always accommodate my large oaf of a golden retriever. On our last trip, they even had special dog treats for him when we arrived onboard (very thoughtful because the treats were grain-free to accommodate his allergies). Besides a mechanical last year which they handled professionally and keep us in the loop the entire time, every single trip we’ve had with them has been stress-free.

We made the switch to Jets in 3 years ago and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Highly recommended.

This company needs to be watched when it comes to accounting for actual hours deducted on jet cards.We found multiple instances of over deducting of hours and it took 9 months and much wasted time to resolve. The amounts were significant. They never admitted to their errors, apologized and stonewalled us until we proved they were dead wrong by audit. Suggest getting copies of each trip ticket from the pilots to verify actual hours for each flight to avoid this from happening to you.
Once this was uncovered ownership retaliated by refusing to allow us to use the “recovered” hours and instead (finally) refunded our $ after several months.
Nice way to treat customers.

Everything went smooth with our first flight. Looking forward to the next. Ask for Gio as he was attentive and tracked our flight to make sure we landed safely in the middle of the night.

This company just needs to live up to their mistakes. They had booked a flight that was not approved. In fact, it was demonstrated that the flight should not be booked, yet they did it anyway. When it came time and it was made clear the flight was not needed, they went ahead and charged the ours anyway. It was proven the flight was not approved and they could not prove it was. Very unfortunate
