Awful experience at jet parks…
Awful experience at jet parks Stanstead. Shuttle bus supposed to arrive every 15 minutes but we waited over half an hour for the bus to arrive. By this point the bus stop was extremely busy with everyone jostling to hop on the bus. As a result of this delay our airport experience was cut short and we had no time for breakfast. Simply not good enough jet parks. Awful awful service. Avoid.

⭐ 1 star — Absolutely appalling experience. Will not use again.
This was one of the worst airport parking experiences I have ever had. The entire service seems designed around automation rather than actually helping customers when something goes wrong.
When we arrived at the car park, the gates were not working properly. There was a huge queue of people left standing around for around an hour, with no visible staff available to help and no meaningful way of contacting anyone. People were understandably becoming increasingly stressed, with multiple customers saying they were very close to missing their flights.
To make matters worse, several buses simply drove past us while we were waiting, leaving us unable to get onto a bus for over 20 minutes. The car park is already a considerable distance from the airport, and then customers are crammed onto relatively small buses. This is completely unacceptable when people are travelling with luggage and, most importantly, are working against a flight departure time.
The lack of customer service was particularly shocking. There were no staff readily available to deal with problems in person, and the only apparent options were automated systems and AI chatbots. When we subsequently had an unexpected issue with our return flight, we tried to contact JetParks to let them know. However, the phone lines had already closed at 8pm, while the AI chat service was also unavailable. What exactly are customers supposed to do when an unexpected flight problem occurs outside those hours?
The booking terms make the situation even worse. If your flight is delayed through no fault of your own, you cannot simply amend the booking. Instead, you are expected to pay £48 for every additional 24 hours. That is an absolutely ridiculous additional charge for something that is entirely outside the customer’s control.
The return journey was another mess. The bus did not clearly tell passengers which stop corresponded to each parking zone, leaving multiple people confused about where they were supposed to get off. This resulted in people having to get off and then walk through the airport in the middle of the night, trying to work out where their cars were.
The fact that we booked through Holiday Extras made the experience no better. Their customer support was equally difficult to deal with, leaving us feeling like there was nobody actually available to take responsibility when things went wrong.
Overall, the service was unreliable, poorly organised and seemingly built around avoiding human customer service rather than providing it. Airport parking should reduce stress before and after a flight. Instead, JetParks added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and anxiety to the journey.
We absolutely will not be booking with JetParks again. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using them thinks very carefully about whether saving money on parking is worth dealing with this level of poor service when something goes wrong. The whole experience was unacceptable from start to finish.

Simon is a great asset to the company!
Even though we parked in the furthest carpark they have in jet parks 3 on arrival we managed to find a parking spot very easily and with the bus stop 105 just across the way went on our jolly had a terrible time but on arrival back to Manchester our bus driver simon did everything he could to make our journey back to our car as easy and stress free as possible from loading our bags to even getting us all on the bus to have a sing along for the 15min journey excellent service by him and what a credit to manchester airport bus service

Poor
JETPARKS RINGWAY MANCHESTER. Car park roughly surfaced. Unpleasant to drive on and car covered in gravel dust when we got back. Paint chip on door, but not worth a claim as they'll deny liability. Unclear signage and pick up points. Shuttle bus delayed. Never again.

Jetparks 1 is a poor car park
Jetparks 1 resembles a building site. Easy to find and the service to the airport good. However the return service, at 1230am, is very poor….Really frustrating as getting out of the airport was fast. Busses for Jetparks 3 and Ringway had a great service….nearly 40 mins later (it’s a 19 min walk!), after moaning at other bus drivers, one arrived. Half of Manchester also turned up at the free drop off zone that shares the same entrance/exit….chaos! Avoid this car park at all costs!

The question what went wrong is utterly preposterous to me, because in reality what went right? Having just landed from a late flight, all I wanted was to get on the JetParks bus and head home. The first bus was already reasonably full, and, more importantly, lacked one rather essential feature, a driver. I decided to wait for the next bus. Eventually the driver returned, though unfortunately her priority appeared to be engaging in an altercation with a passenger rather than driving the bus. Once the passenger had returned to his seat, she seemingly decided she no longer wished to continue the journey. By this point, a second bus had arrived, so we boarded that instead. We enjoyed approximately two minutes of peace before every passenger from the first bus was transferred onto ours, bringing the drama with them. At one stage, it seemed every member of staff was attempting to persuade the passenger to leave the bus. In an impressive display of defiance, he instead suggested that the manager should be the one to get off. It was around this point that any lingering resemblance to a routine airport transfer had completely disappeared. It seemed that the driver and passenger had come to a mutual agreement that nobody on that bus was arriving home before 2am. Over an hour after leaving the airport, I finally reached my stop. When I was standing at the bus station, all I wanted was a meal deal and some sleep. By the time I got off the bus, I wished I’d walked.

Absolutely shocking service from JetParks 3 Manchester Airport.
We paid around £90 to pre-book our parking, expecting a smooth and stress-free experience. Instead, we arrived to find there were no parking spaces available at all. We spent ages driving around the car park trying to find somewhere to leave our car while becoming increasingly worried that we were going to miss our flight. In the end, we had no choice but to leave our car half on gravel and half over a hedge because there was simply nowhere else to park.
To make matters worse, there is no customer service phone number to call. We wanted to speak to someone immediately to ask where we were supposed to park when we’d already paid, but the only option was an online complaint form with a response time of up to 10 days. That’s completely useless when you’re trying to catch a flight.
We then waited at the bus stop with our two young children for around 10 minutes, only for the bus to drive straight past us despite me clearly flagging it down.
Our return journey was somehow even worse. We waited over an hour for a bus back to the car park, despite the service being advertised as running every 5–10 minutes. We were left standing in 31°C heat with our two small children and, once again, there was nobody we could contact to ask what was happening because there is no telephone support.
When a bus finally arrived, it was packed beyond belief. We were crammed in like sardines with no air conditioning, in extreme heat, and there were signs telling passengers not to drink onboard. Our children were close to passing out from the heat and the wait.
This was one of the most stressful starts and ends to a holiday we’ve ever experienced. We paid for convenience and peace of mind, but received chaos, poor organisation, overcrowding and a complete lack of customer support. I would never use JetParks again and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

start to finish nightmare
start to finish nightmare - my car had to go to the garage for emergency repair so I let Jetparks know well before the 72hr deadline that I would need the numberplate changing on the booking. Despite a prompt response initially from them letting me know this was possible, my numberplate change email was ignored and the details on the booking were never changed. Thankfully my car was fixed JUST before my trip but this caused unneccessary stress!

Lazy responses from money grabbers
I love the lazy identical automated response to each negative review which actually reflects your drivers response ‘blame the airport’. Are they maybe robots driving these buses?
Car park covered in big sharp stones
Waited 50 minutes for bus from Terminal 3 to Jetparks 3 at 3am.
That bus had picked up people departing so FULL of people going TO the airport.
Lady in front was pregnant and driver told her she had to lift her luggage onto top shelf as no room on lower ones..my partner did this for her. When people got off and she sat down on a front seat the driver (who was off the bus at this point) clattered on the window telling her she couldn’t sit there and to move.
So we drove BACK through to departures to drop everyone off before heading for Jetpark 3.
Driver just said ‘blame the airport’. No Jetparks I’m blaming YOU as you’re not putting enough buses on and passengers should be either going TO the airport or FROM..not both..it was chaos!
We will use the Meet n Greet next time much more organised. And no I’m not leaving a booking reference as nothing will happen anyway. I’ll just await my automated response..away with you robots!

Amazing customer service
There was a major incident at Terminal 2 Manchester, causing massive traffic outside. The bus driver from Jet Parks kept every body calm, handled communication really well. He made a stressful situation much better. Amazing customer service. I will most certainly use Jet Parks again because of this

Helpful bus driver
Actual parking was good in a disabled bay, the bus was late on outward journey but return was very good and driver very helpful. We booked thru Manchester Airport for Jet Parks 1 - sent a confirmation with emails post code M90 5AZ. Ref. 3020382 order. This post code “didn’t exist” on google maps. Be aware. We went with the nearest which turned out to be miles off. Especially terrible traffic am peak hours Friday Morning in May 2026.

Was charged the extortionate amount of…
Was charged the extortionate amount of £61.80 after my flight was cancelled. For context, we'd paid £75 for the whole week in Jet Parks Ringway Manchester. At the barrier, I was told explicitly that I would be able to claim this back through the airline compensatlon scheme, which has turned out to be a false claim, but was effective in getting me to pay up rather than argue. Absolute scam.

Delayed flight overstay penalties for a pothole-riddled muddy gravel car park.
April 2026... The Jetparks Ringways car park has terrible craters, gravel and mud, and we were afraid we were going to break our car's suspension. Whilst operating for many years, accepting many thousands of customer's fees for so many years, they still haven't bothered to tarmac their car parks. Maximum profit at minimal cost it seems. Then our return flight was delayed due to a bird strike at Schiphol Airport, meaning we missed our connection to Manchester. After the frustration of a 15 hour delay through no fault of ours, Jetparks then charged us a £61 penalty for the privilege of parking in their pothole-riddled gravel & mud carpark. Our suitcase wheels were filthy when we got them home. Terrible carparks, reflecting badly on the great city of Manchester and what would otherwise have been a very good Manchester Airport, and very helpful, friendly shuttle bus drivers. Andy Burnham and Manchester Council need to have a serious look at this, because a Jetparks carpark is the first and last thing a lot of us see when we come to use Manchester Airport.

Jetparks is a great fast efficient…
Jetparks is a great fast efficient service geared to make your parking safe secure and sure. Just make sure you understand and use it correctly. I have to say a big thank you to Manchester Airport and Jetparks for our recent delayed return from DUBAI we were 9 DAYS LATE and our overstay charge was waived because of the Iran war.

Excellent Customer Service – JetParks Driver
I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service that my family and I received on Sunday evening from one of your drivers.
We arrived back from Malta on a Ryanair flight at around 6:30pm.
After leaving Terminal 3 arrivals, we found the signage for the JetParks pick up quite unclear and ended up going round in circles before being directed by a kind gentleman to a bus stop a little further away. This wasn’t ideal, especially when trying to find our way back to our car.
A bus then arrived for JetParks 3. At the time, I wasn’t sure of the difference between the JetParks sites and thought they were all the same, but we were actually parked at JetParks Ringway. The driver — a gentleman with a bald head and long beard — noticed that we were travelling with our disabled son, William, who was wearing his sunflower lanyard.
Although he explained that he couldn’t take us directly to JetParks Ringway, he went out of his way to phone one of his colleagues and arrange for them to wait for us at the next bus stop (I believe at Terminal 2). This was something he didn’t need to do and could easily have told us to wait for another bus, but instead he went the extra mile to help us. Thanks to his kindness and coordination, we were back at our car park in no time.
Small acts of kindness like this really do make a big difference, particularly when travelling with a disabled child, and it was genuinely appreciated. I’m very sorry that I didn’t catch the driver’s name, but I would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to him.
We had a great experience with JetParks and would happily use your service again.
