Jessica Flinn Fine Jewellery Arvostelua

The communication was excellent while we were working out the design for the engagement ring; quick, friendly, very helpful and patient when I was being particular.

I did everything online and with the communication, information and photos/videos provided or available on request, despite the amount of money in play, I never had any doubts or dips in confidence throughout the process.

The ring itself is beautiful, I’m very happy with it and so too is my now fiancee.

The packaging on the delivery is discreet, you wouldn’t know who it is from or what it is.

Closest things I can think of for points of improvement and the first one may be something I missed, but I don’t remember receiving any communication while it was being made to update me on the timeline for delivery. I made the final payment, was told 6-8 weeks, and then a month later I got a message saying it was being delivered tomorrow. I wanted to be home to receive it and fortunately with my work I could WFH on short-notice, but if not I wouldn’t have had chance to plan for it. The second point and I don’t know if this is even within the companies control to do anything about and it won’t be specific to Jessica Flinn, is that my partners social media feed was flooded with adverts from the company and of their engagement rings specifically (we don’t share any accounts, devices or email addresses) and she clocked on that I was buying a ring and where I was getting it from.

I would definitely recommend Jessica Flinn though and we’ll be looking at going to their other site for our wedding bands, considering another company after this experience would feel like a waste of time.

The process was seamless and the rings turned out exactly as we envisioned them! Great customer service!

Grace did an amazing job sourcing the perfect stone for the most beautiful ring - fantastic experience can’t recommend highly enough !

The whole team at Jessica Flinn were fantastic when I was looking to design a bespoke engagement ring. From start to finish, they were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The choice of rings were stunning, and it was amazing to be able to add my own touch to create something truly unique.

Would absolutely recommend using Jessica Flinn Fine Jewellery!! I went with a custom bespoke ring and from start to finish the experience was above and beyond! Can not fault a single thing. All staff are incredibly knowledgeable, polite and could not do more for you.

Amazing service from start to finish. From first point of contact, to designing the ring, to picking up the ring it was flawless. The team were amazing in helping me create the right ring. Couldn’t recommend JF enough!

Great experience really couldn’t fault the team. The ring is perfect

My fiance and I had a ring designed for me through the Jessica Flinn custom service. Throughout the process (from our appointment at the showroom to receiving the ring) Grace was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that we felt completely at ease. We've ended up with a beautiful ring that was exactly what we were looking for.

My partner and I went into Jessica Flinn Fine Jewellery not knowing anything about engagement rings! We worked with Alana who was so amazing! She was so knowledgeable and made the experience so much fun! If you want the best service and products go see Alana at Jessica Flinn Fine Jewellery!

I ordered a custom Tilly ring and the service beginning to end was amazing. I got my ring back in great time and the quality is off the charts. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Alana and Grace have been really invested in helping me find the engagement ring of my dreams. During our first consultation, they took the time to get to know me and my fiance. Then they sourced stones that matched the colour that I wanted. I am so excited to collect my ring!!

Customer service was excellent. They were really helpful and gave advice. They were also really patient. Looking forward to seeing the final result.

So in love with my ring, it's literally perfect!

Responded to every aspect of what was asked in designing an engagement ring for me. Responsive and attentive on every aspect.
Will highly recommend to anyone searching for that perfect ring to use jessica Flinn Jewellery.

I had the best experience with Jessica Flinn. I was lucky enough to be designing my engagement ring with my partner; we went to the show room to try on some rings. I explained what kind of style I liked and the first ring they pulled out was the perfect style. Then they helped me pick out a perfect stone and ahead we went!
Their communication was great the whole way through, and I actually have the ring sooner than I expected! I also changed from having the ring delivered to going to pick it up and they were super flexible.
I can't wait to come back and get my wedding ring in the future!

Amy at Jessica Flinn made the experience of designing my wedding band fantastic. I had a few rough ideas but wanted some help and guidance on which direction to go in, to match the engagement ring my fiancé designed with Jessica Flinn. Amy interpreted my ideas so well and presented options that I struggled to choose between. Thank you for making it so wonderful!

The JF team were so prompt with getting in touch and understanding my needs. Amy was amazing from start to finish in providing bespoke design services and trying to understand what I wanted and also giving her personal preference/feedback. Olivia was also great in finalising the design and payment etc. Overall a great team and looking forward to recovering the ring :)

Couldn’t have asked for more! The whole team were so so helpful from start to finish. We’re thrilled with my engagement ring, our wedding rings and the custom necklace!

This is the second time purchasing and have had great experiences both times.
Product quality is great, secure and discreet packaging/delivery.
I would recommend and order from here again.

Jessica Flinn were so easy to order from. Additionally when I had concerns on my rings arrival they put my mind at ease and were super responsive.
