Extremely dissatisfied and completely disappointed in this company!

We have never received the jersey ordered, despite contacting Jersey One or Yoyo (the one who responds to complaints) multiple times to request a refund for an item that was never delivered. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I consider this the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am publicly sharing my dissatisfaction on every platform where this company advertises. Spending $80+ of on a gift for a special needs child, which was ordered in November 2025 and never arrived for Christmas, nor by today almost early February 2026 is so disappointing. This company’s customer service is by far the most inefficient I have ever encountered. I strongly advise others not to order from JerseyOne. When you request a refund, they apologize for their delay due to lack of staffing, then tell you they are charging you $15 for the cost of mailing for a product that was NEVER MAILED!!! This company sucks!

i ordered a jersey and payed full amount online, order place 45 day back now.. whenever i tried contacting the company through various modes ( email, whats app, IG...) they would take details and stop responding back.. on one occassion the person even stated that they sell copy products and dont take responsibility.

After ordering and then reading the reviews I was thinking what on earth have I done lol. But fair doose this kit has turned up 6 days after order and good quality.

They made me order for a month and then they delivered the wrong item. I ordered 2 items, they delivered one in the package and that too a wrong one. Avoid always.

Its been 3months and still they didn't send my jersey I pay them 1009₹ so don't buy form here they are scammers

This was supposed to be a birthday gift and we thought Jersey one would be a good.we ordered a jersey and it said the order would arrive in 7 to 14 buisness days,we waited for 1 month no reply from mail or whatsapp.we called them nothing again.Truly unacceptable do not buy anything from here they won't let you track your order and it will never arrived this is probably a scam and ruined the birthday.NEVER make the mistake of buying from this 'fraud' site

If I could rate this is zero I would 100% Product quality is very cheaply made, super thin & images are extremely blurry can’t even make out what it says. Shipping is ridiculous. Be prepared to wait a month for your order. And on top of it, you will not be able to track it. When you reach out to the seller, their Communication is very poor. If you do get a respond, they are very short and rude about it. I’ve requested a refund multiple times from the seller, but continued to get blown off. Would not recommend buying from them…. please save your money!!

Never received my product continuously was told. Let me check with the vendor and nothing happened. Don’t shop here.

Dont order from here. Ordered Jan 2nd, as of Feb 7th yet to get my order. Order wasnt fulfilled until Jan 30th and only contact was an automated response that " they would ship the order ASAP"

Ordered 2 jerseys in mid november and only got one. They sent them in two different package and the one that they sent first have been in mu town since november 29 and not delivered yet. They only answer I get when I e-mail them is "they will look into it"... And they're using Yunexpress as shipping company and they don't answer at all... Don't buy from jerseyone!

No order confirmation, reached and got automated response. As of 26 December I have yet to get any sort of update.

Sent order in with all information, they waited 3 weeks for me to send customization information. 5 weeks since order and just got a confirmation of shipping from china, who knows if I will ever see the product.

I so wish that I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. I paid for expedited shipping for my order they send an email saying my order was delayed because of national convocation day... I'm unsure why one day would delay an order for weeks...it's Thursday still no order or refund.

Ordered Durham Bulls minor league baseball Jersey for $60 got a jersey with Beers on it. Took 4 months to get here. The company never answers emails! My 13 year old is so upset over this. Avoid at all costs no matter how good the offer looks!

Never got my jersey. I have emailed 3 times. Do not buy from these people.

4.19.23. Fake tracking provided after 4 emails. Fake tracking says its at my local post office for the last 3 days. Its not.

Order 2 jersey for my son bday over a month ago no tracking number no nothing waste of time and money don’t ever Oder from here

No stars would be more appropriate. No logistics or customer support and the owner just became a millionaire. He is clearly too young and inexperienced to be running a company that is so large. Contacting the credit card company today and it makes me laugh they are still advertising hard.

I have the shopay app so you can track where your shipment is. My package said “Failure” and stated it was returned to sender. No correspondence or refund. Scam website, avoid at all costs!

If I could I would give it a zero.. I ordered a shirt for my grandson's birthday. I ordered it 2 months before his birthday and still have not received it a month after or a refund. I have sent emails and have gotten no responses. They take your money and care less about your product or you.
