Unlike most shop bought the quality does not start to go rapidly downhill. However i do miss the small sized potatoes which seem to have been conspicuous in their absence this season.

We grow all of our crops to LEAF Marque standards, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and soil health. Our use of liquid seaweed as part of our growing process supports both the land and the flavour and texture of our potatoes. Still have that new potato taste I remember from long ago and the notice on chip shop windows now frying new potatoes they were amazing you don’t see it anymore you don’t get that taste with other new potatoes it’s been breed out of them

I have been having Richardson Jersey Potatoes delivered for years The parcel is delivered on time. No problem. Granted they do not taste like the old Jersey Royals when you had the taste of seaweed or the specific taste of Jersey Royal......on them .....You knew then you had the true Jersey potatoes........

This time the potatoes were excessively large and without much flavour.

You will not find better tasting Jersey Royals anywhere. The quality and taste are absolutely outstanding. Well worth the extra money that they cost. I can’t recommend them enough
