The best jelly mask I’ve ever used!

I absolutely love this product! Honestly, this is the best jelly mask I have ever used in my life. The texture is amazing, it leaves the skin beautifully hydrated, soothed and glowing after every treatment.
I use it professionally with my clients, and every single one of them has been incredibly happy with the results. The skin feels refreshed, smooth and deeply nourished afterwards.
The quality is fantastic and you can really see the difference after using it. I highly recommend this product to both professionals and personal users. I will definitely keep coming back and ordering regularly! ✨

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience it’s never our intention for an order to arrive incorrectly.

We received your email just a few hours before this review was left, which unfortunately didn’t give our team the opportunity to respond or resolve the issue first. Our customer service policy is to respond within 24 - 48 hours, and we always aim to correct any errors quickly.

We do have the 24K Gold Jelly in stock and would have been happy to send the correct 400g jar straight away. However, since the review was posted before we could assist, we’ll issue a full refund for the jar as a gesture of goodwill.

We hope this clarifies the situation, and we remain committed to providing excellent service to all our customers.

Been using Jelly Lab for the last two years. And I couldn’t be anymore happier and impressed with the quality and consistency of the hydro masks.

I would say these are more a professional use and benefit people who know and have been taught to use and mix up these kind of products. However that doesn’t mean, people who are not professionals can’t use and definitely will get the hang of it with practice.
All of my clients adore the jelly masks and always excited to have them in their facials. Definitely recommend to upgrade your facial game & make them more luxury.

Awful masks

Awful masks, I cant believe people use them in salons. Had no results or glow at all, feels waste of money for sure. My face felt actually dry after it. Don't recommend
