I had such a lovely experience buying from Jean Alexandra. The whole purchase was smooth and straightforward, and my ring was posted out really quickly. I absolutely love it! This was my first purchase, but it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend! Thank you x

From the moment I first messaged Jean about the ring, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. She sent me plenty of photos and videos so I could see every detail, and she was never pushy. She also gave me other options in case the ring wasn't quite right for me and even offered a refund if I wasn't completely happy, which gave me so much confidence in my purchase.
Buying from Jean was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her customer service is outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and genuine seller.

I have had a fantastic experience buying my updated engagement ring with Jean. She was so communicative when I had questions about resizing and just generally lovely to chat too! The ring was shipped so quickly, from purchase to on my finger took 2 and a half days. I cannot fault this company, I have recommended to others and will continue to do so. I can't wait to buy my next piece of jewellery from Jean. Thank you so much! Rebecca

Jean made the process of buying my ring so easy. She was so lovely and when I contacted her before hand regarding some question I had she was quick to answer and her knowledge was flawless. The timing of delivery was quick. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jean Alexander more!

Jean has been very reactive and supportive during the entire process, answering my questions, being accommodating and giving me the time to make my decision. The ring is gorgeous and would definitely recommend Jean Alexandra to anyone looking for vintage rings.
Thank you Jean for making this purchase smooth and friendly!

Excellent service!

A very beautiful collection of rings with lots of colour and sparkle.

Delighted with beautiful ring. Everything as promised. Great service

I asked Jean Alexandra if they could help finding an eternity ring for my wife.

She came back with the perfect piece, with almost identical colour and size matching and at a super price!

Amazing service throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her for our next piece of special jewellery!
