Great service

Great service! I had network issues with my Samsung phone for a week and couldn’t connect to the internet. Even my network provider couldn’t fix it.
The staff at this store did a free diagnostic, found the problem quickly, and replaced the faulty parts within an hour. Everything works perfectly now.
Big thanks to the young man behind the counter for the excellent service!

They been really helpful. They transferred all my data from old iPhone to new iPhone 17 pro max. It took two hours, thank you very much for your patience.

BEST TECH SHOP EVER

Im very satisfied with JD mobile as it has provided me with whatever I have asked for.It has very good prices and they will always be able to find whatever is suitable for you from air pods to laptops.I recommend JD mobile for any of your tech needs.

I went with my brother in law to…

I went with my brother in law to transfer his data to new phone. I had a really nice experience there and also they cleaned my charging pot of my phone as i had issue with it. The people are really good and welcoming.

Took my iPad in to get a screen…

Took my iPad in to get a screen replacement. Told this will be don I two hours. I went back in the next morning, not done. I then went in again the following morning and still not done. Simply not good enough service

Apologies for the delay in repairing your iPad. Typically, it takes about 2 hours, but we encountered an additional issue with the home button cable. We wanted to fix it for you at no extra charge, as it was damaged by the cracked screen, which took more time than expected. Your iPad was ready for pickup on Sunday after 11:00 AM, but since you mentioned you’d return on Monday morning, we waited. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we hope you understand that we were trying to do you a favor. Thank you!

Trust worthy and best service

We got our mobile repaired at JD Mobile and the person seemed very knowledgeable and repaired our phone quickly and at reasonable cost.
The shop has a lot of accessories and phone covers. I will definitely be back.
