JB Cookie Cutters Arvostelua

Cannot recommend enough. Outstanding service and nothing is too much trouble. Very good communication and created what I was after.

My order did get lost in the post, I tracked it and it showed as delivered. Once she found out I hadn’t got it. A replacement was sent out and couldn’t be more happier when it arrived.

It was personalised and simply stunning. Would 100% but from again.

Very fast shipping and great quality stencils. My cookies turned out perfect!!

The cutters were very detailed and made making my design very easy! I would have liked the smaller pieces to have been labeled in some way and for the cutters to come with a printed out image if the completed design in the size of the cutter I ordered.

I needed a cutter for a birthday party. I ordered the cutter 8 days before the party thinking that since my first order was received within 4 business days and regular shipping that I will go ahead and pay the extra for priority, Just in case....It took two business days longer than my previous order. I can see some delays if the order was coming from china or something, but it was shipped from Nevada. Unfortunately, your company doesn't give refunds due to shipping delays. I guess we can blame it on COVID.

We ordered these stencils and used them for spray painting shirts for my son's 4th bday and they worked great! They are so detailed and easy to use.

I always orders my cookie cutters from JB! They have great prices and shipping is always fast!

Great stencils, thick making for precise lines! Wish I could leave photos! I ordered a 2nd stencil 3 days later and they combined to 1 shipping cost!!!

Quick turnaround and the product was just what they said it would be.

I ordered 1 snowflake cutter (along with other items) I received 2 and was charged for 2 when I only ordered one.

Fast service

JB Cookie cutters are great and shipping is always fast!!

I love all the items I have ordered from JB Cookie Cutters. The selection is plentiful, quality is great, shipping is always in a timely manner and their customer service is top notch

I am absolutely thrilled with the Mercedes logo cupcake toppers. My grandson is graduating from a MB school and I can’t wait to see his face when he sees these. Great quality and wonderful packing and shipping. Thank you for such quality work and customer service. I will be a returning customer! Thank you

I recently placed my fourth order through JB Cookie Cutters and I am extremely satisfied with their service. I placed my order on February 4, 2024, and received it just three days later on February 7, 2024. JB's delivery timeframe is exceptional and I am impressed with every cookie cutter that I have received. The details on the cookie cutters are amazing, and I find it helpful that I can refer to the website's pictures if I need help putting the cookie cutter together. I appreciate that JB offers multiple size options to fit my needs. I hope JB continues to add more fun cookie cutters to their collection. Thank you, JB, for your wonderful service.💕

Super fast delivery

Ive order tons of cutters and some times they are needed with a quick turn around. JB has never let me down with a delivery.

It was exactly what I was looking for and it was delivered in a timely manner!

Been 2 weeks and I have not received the product yet.

This company is top notch. Not only did I get the cookie that I wanted but I had within a week. The cutter looked just like the image on their site. I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much!

I love when I order an item from you guys i receive it within a week time. I am always satisfied with my orders. The only request I have is when you guys send the items ordered sometimes there are many pieces to putting this product together, is there any way you can attach instructions to the products?

This isn’t my first time purchasing, each time I placed a order it came in the time it was suppose to. If i ever had a issue for example this order I needed a faster shipment, I was able to reach out and got a quick response . I was able to update my shipment method and receive my order quicker. I’m a stickler on good customer service and they always deliver that experience. I’ll be back again!
