Excellent service and Gareth was excellent at letting me know when out of stock items were due back in. Responded to my email within an hour, very helpful and considerate.

Second order with JBC and the high standards remain. Order was placed at 6:30pm in the evening, and had been delivered before 4pm the next day.

No probs - quick delivery - called personally when product wasn't in stock
Highly recommend JBC Nutrition - I found it was quite cheap and although there wasn't a huge range, the products seem to be of great quality (no one needs added sugar in their protein powder!). I ordered online and the next morning the manager calls to tell me one product was out of stock (it was on special) and found a good alternative for me. Less than two days later I had my order - very quick customer service and delivery. Will certainly go through these guys again.

Helpful & quick response, good service.
I'm impressed with the service - someone answering my questions straight away, as for the products, I can't say yet, time will tell. If the the product is as good as the service then top marks to JBC.

Does exactly what it says on the tin!
I've been buying supplements from JBC for a number of years now and everything from customer service all the way through to the product itself is faultless.
Can't speak highly enough of what Gareth and his team have accomplished at JBC. I'm a customer for many more years to come!

Highly recommended!
I ordered on a bank holiday - the product was with me on the Wednesday morning. One day to process and send out - very pleasing.
The product I bought is at a quantity that means it will last longer than my previous choice - so this will save me money.
I bought the chocolate protein powder - it mixes with 300ml of fluid to 2 scoops of powder. This is good for me personally as I can split the measurements and have two decent sized, freshly made shakes a day.
Compared to my previous product this powder creates a thick shake - much more filling!

Good products, price and delivery
Only issue is that I have bought protein from them many times before and received my 5% discount, this time I didn't because they said the product was on promo and a reduced price, however, I've never paid anymore more for their protein than I did this time???

Hi Tony, thank you for your continued custom. The reason the 5% returning discount didn't work was you were trying to using it against one of our Promo priced products. I understand you've not paid any more for this product in the past, this is down to us running this low priced promo price for the last 6 months to introduce the new product into the range. the returning customer discount will work on this item next time as the price will have gone to the selling price.
You just can't lose with jbc nutrition
Great company, friendly staff and brilliant products

poor quality
Bought the ultimate whey protein in chocolate, unfortunately the product does not mix well at all and is far too thick, the flavour is not nice at all and takes more like cardboard than chocolate

Harry, this is a very popular protein and we have many posative reviews of the Ultimate Whey. from what your describing above doesn't sound right, are you sure your mixing it properly? 1 scoop with 250-350ml of water? Please also remember the Ultimate whey is a blend of protein containing 3 protein's so it will have a slightly different texture to a standard whey.
Amazingly easy
The website is really simple to use and the order comes in no time at all
