How do you write a review for someone who has helped changed your life in so many different ways? In truth, I don't think you can but I will say is this: Jazz is an incredible human being, not only isn't so very knowledgeable in her field, but she's wise, empathic and genuine.
I first met Jazz in her previous role as a PT, her classes were always fun, slightly scatty but also so worth it!
When I started my online journey with Jazz, she was there for me the whole way through. Genuinely listening and unscrambling my thoughts for my goals. She will tailor what YOU need, not what society says you need. Listen to her, wise beyond her years and one of the best in her field! I owe Jazz a lot

Jazz is the loveliest person ever❤️ She knows how to push you to strive to work hard and become a better you but in a way that’s not overpowering and like your stereotypical PT. She’s very knowledgeable on all of her stuff, and nothing is too much when you need a little bit of help, whether that’s with technique or nutrition.
