Quite shocking customer service. Surprised that Harrods haven’t vetted them after reading all the poor reviews below. Received one (late) order, poor quality control, paint smudged and cracked. Looked like a toddler’s effort. Other order not received. Emailed and submitted several reports before I eventually received an email to say they would process a refund. 10 days later no refund is received. More polite messages unanswered. I left a message on one of their instagram posts to say please contact me re my refund still not received. On their contact form I mention now raising the issue with Harrods and my Bank. I quickly receive a rude and aggressive reply to say from their end the refund has been processed and I should take it up with my bank. My bank have confirmed that nothing has been received. They apparently now also want their badly painted mug back which is hilarious (as if I’m spending more money). I’ve also been blocked on Instagram despite nothing wrong from my end. Says it all. I will submit a dispute in 4 days if nothing received. I’ve also emailed Harrods customer services as feel they should have vetted them better. Very poor of Harrods to be associated with this company. Interesting to read lots of similar experiences on here.

A lovely item once it arrived but took 6 weeks to deliver with poor communication in that time. Tracking reference given a number of days before it was even taken to the post office. Likely a stalling tactic.

No warning of delays at the time of ordering so unfortunately it became an embarrassingly late birthday gift. Made worse by the fact my order was for a Christmas bauble. Who wants to receive a bauble after Christmas?

Frustrating to see influencers receiving free gifts and baubles being made at Harrods whilst website orders not being progressed. Clearly a major problem given the other reviews I have now seen and I noticed some complaints on social media posts (although comments have largely been disabled, presumably to prevent further public complaints).

Also, my item didn’t come in the signature red box as advertised, just a cheap looking white box instead. Again, not great for a gift. A real shame as it is a lovely item but I’m unlikely to order again and cannot possibly recommend to others.

Zero products and zero comms. Ordered over £250 worth of gifts in November. No correspondence. Received an incorrect royal mail tracking number today. No way the items will arrive before Christmas. As it stands, the business has taken my money and provided zero update on status of delivery. Avoid. Galling to see influencers flaunting freebies - would suggest that money is better spent on customer service for actual paying customers.
