Love Jaxson Rose, excellent service and always fast to answer questions.

Jaxonrose is a fantastic company, I have bought from them more than once and would highly recommend. Chelsea is very professional and friendly and makes everything a breeze. It's great that they offer a layby option.

Great products and great personal service.

100% trusted! Always recieve goods the day after payment or the next day after, packaging awesome too! & goods are always primo! 😁👌

Great service, ordered my daughter some Love Knot War pants and they arrived a couple days later with a hand written note. I will be ordering again from this store.

- Brilliant, high quality products
- Incredibly lovely and professional customer service
- Super quick shipping

I'm very impressed with Jaxon Rose each time I have purchased from there.

I had amazing service from Chelsea, would totally purchase again and recommend to friends

First time doing a layby through Jaxon Rose, bit of a mix up in stock at the end but will definitely do another layby again!!

Absolutely love shopping through jaxon rose! Great service ,and they do laybys as well. I can't wait to purchase more goodies

Great service! The only thing was the Buck & Baa merino pants I purchased which stated 6-12mths on your website was misleading as when I received them they only had 6mths on the tag. The length of the leg only just fits my 6 and a half mth year old which was disappointing as they won't last as long as I thought.

Absolutely love our clothes we got! Super fast shipping and amazing communication through out the layby, thanks so much xx

Fabulous product, and excellent communication when the product was delayed! Totally worth the wait!

Excellent Customer Service

Unfortunately my layby had been misplaced, but Chelsea advised me promptly and offered to send a free dress along with my layby once she had ordered another one in. Chelsea communicated extremely well with me, was friendly and very apologetic. I felt she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. The product was excellent, well packed and sent promptly. I will definitely be back again and have been telling people about the excellent customer service I experienced.

The service from Jaxon Rose is outstanding. Clear and quick communication via email when an ordered item was temporarily out of stock, however I leave a fully satisfied customer who will shop again. Cheers
