I WAS TOLD THE PARCEL WOULD BE DELIVERED AM BY THE POSTAL DELIVERY FIRM. THEN WHEN i ENQUIRED ON THERE WEBSITE I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BEFORE 6PM. A WHOLE DAY WASTED.
THE SEAL NOT INSTALLED YET. BUT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL DO THE JOB.

The description, dimensions and images of the seal were really helpful to me. A DIYer rather than construction professional. I also liked the links to compatible adhesive product that the website offered.
Ordering was easy and delivery super speedy.

A quality product with excellent adhesive tape. I had to remove it and reposition it because my electric door wasn't happy. I think this was because of the extra resistance when the new seal met the support beam. It then opened a little and stopped which I can only presume is a safety feature. All is well now I have repositioned the seal so that it doesn't touch but still stops water getting in so I am still happy with the result.

After I'd ordered online, I realised I'd made a few mistakes, one phone call later, everything was straightened out, a new order created which was slightly more expensive than I'd paid, they waived the difference, a really nice touch. Best of all, the goods arrived the next day, can't get better than that.

Easy to speak to a real human, who was incredibly helpful at the order stage.
Later, when there was a delivery issue ( nothing to do with JA btw) they were once again, incredibly helpful, chasing up the carrier and keeping me posted of the situation. Ultimately, the order was late, but TBH, nothing more they could have done, and I wish more companies were like this- communication is key. Will use again for the next project.

Good quality 30mm seal. I used sika pro 3 purform to stick the seal as its fabulous for concrete. I used an hot air gun to warm the seal so it would lay flat-ish, but the sika held it down. Delivered next day via Fedex.

Still havent recieved our Brushes after 2 weeks since we placed the order
