Life is unpredictable at times, and having such a reliable concierge team is important. Really grateful for their support and professionalism.

I've lived in the Fenman House complex for many years. I must say that I have never encountered better maintenance service for this building, provided by JAR. The building is always clean, and repairs are carried out efficiently. I'd especially like to highlight the excellent work of our concierges, Paulo and Jeena. They are very responsive and attentive, always ready to help.

It's hard to think of a company with more confused business ethics than James Andrew Residential. Avoid at all costs.

JAR managed my building from 2016 to 2025, when they were removed for poor management of the building and suspicious accounting practices / service charge management.

Since being removed as agents, they have failed to facilitate a handover to the new agents - its been 15 months at the time of this review vs. statutory requirement of 3 months. There are several anomalies in the accounts that date back several years - JAR have declined to provide further information.

Brilliant service. I had a problem the previous building manager, Daniel Watney, refused to help with for 5 years. JAR sorted it out in 24hrs. Couldn’t recommend more so far. Great staff.

I am from Fenman house, my concierge team are great , Jeena and Paulo are very good. When I need help, no matter how busy they are, they are always ready for me with very patient ,positive and practical characters . I feel grateful to have them in our residential community.

Our family experience living for several years at Fenman House in Kings Cross has been enhanced by the service; friendliness and care of our concierges Jeena and Paolo. They are both a font of knowledge about the building and how it functions. Equally they provide vital local London knowledge to my family who were new to London and the UK when we arrived. Staying at tapestry apartments has been a wonderful experience. The staff at the concierge desk have really made my experience so special, they have all been so warm and welcoming but particularly Sara in the day times always being so accommodating & kind.
