JAPCozy Arvostelua

Waited 3 weeks for it. It is thin and faded looking. The pictures on it look like they are enlarged past having detail. Not colorful and beautiful as pictured. Not worth $59 for sure. Maybe $19.99. I am returning it. So bummed.

Love these blankets. They are great quality, nice and thin for summer nights but do fit a little small so go up a size.

I most likely would have bought more of your quilts in the future but after receiving the wrong quilt and a dozen emails it was never dealt with. No results what so ever. I had ordered a cat face quilt and got an ugly one instead. Then you claim it's what I ordered. I would never have ordered such a thing. I will never purchase another thing from you and have told all my friends not to buy from you!

I will never buy from them again!!!!! The picture of the quilt was bright with color in the ad but the quilt I got was more yellow in color....I HATE THE QUILT. They would not refund my money~!!!! BEWARE IT IS A RIP OFF~~~!!!!!

I have the bee quilt and like the print, but it's not a quilt as advertised and the sizing is so wrong. I ordered California King and the size is more of a small King and longer than wide. I have to put it sideways on the bed and now the print is sideways, too.

I wrote a long review, and then had bad luck. This company is terrible at customer service. Ripped me right off and took 90 dollars for a king size quilt that NEVER EVEN MADE IT TO MY HOUSE. it got shipped to the wrong address and 7 weeks later I still have not spoke to a real person to resolve this issue. A bunch of cons and thieves. Publicly, I DEMAND TO BE REFUNDED for failure to receive promised goods.

Great communication through the process of the quilt making. Quilt arrived when expected and looks great!

Quilts are garbage! This place is a scam!! RIpoff!! Expensive and not even close to the proper size!! One was faded and looked used the other one had a huge flaw in the design and looks like crap. Paypal wouldn't resolve as the only resolution was to return to seller in China which would have cost me half again what I paid for the quilts with no garantee of getting my money back even after doing so as they say "return as it was when received" so I bet they will try to say they were fine and not pay me my money. (have had that happen before somewhere else) SCAM!! BEWARE!!

Beautiful quilt very detailed thought it would be thicker but perfect weight for spring and summer. Good price. Have received many compliments. Will order from this company again. Never had a company update me daily on status of my order, awesome customer service and truly appreciated emails

At least I actually received the product in a relatively short time (2 weeks). Not quite the handmade product I thought I was getting ...

Ordered this thinking it was going to be more of a hand made product especially because of all the emails I received telling me about what step in the making process they were on. It looks nice on the web but it is just a sheet of material with a print on it and really not worth the money. It is not a king size by any means. The only reason they tell you it will take two weeks to make is because it is being shipped from Japan. You can buy the same quality quilt in the states for half the price. Beware.

Poorly made quilts only a printed sheet with poor stitching mine had a hole in back, reported to them and sent photo and they said the had discovered a bad batch??.?? So they had refunded 50per cent back to my paypal account but that was lies as nothing was paid, PayPal not much help as they said I had to return it to them and I had to pay return postage so then I’d be out of picked by the U.Ks expensive custom charge (to receive) of £12.60p then a further postage back to China where it’s made, Its NOT japan as there site tries to make you believe so beware folks don’t know how some people have gave them a glowing report they must be easily pleased!!

My wife purchased what was advertised as a hand-made quilt from Japan.

The item is not hand-made in Japan. It's clearly mass produced in China - and poorly produced at that.

The item is not a quilt by any reasonable definition. It's two pieces of fabric sown together with no padding or quilting. The edging is poorly sewn with a gap you can stick your finger in.

It is not Queen bed sized as advertised - it barely covers the top of a Queen bed.

The colours are washed out and the image is blurry. Clearly they've taken a small, low resolution image and blown it up with Microsoft Paint or something similar.

Unlike other posters, we got a response from the seller who offered 40% off our next purchase. This is offer was of no value as we would not buy this rubbish again.

Charge backs have been lodged with Paypal and with my wife's credit provider.

Overall I was pleased with my products. These quilts are lightweight just right for a cover up when watching tv or reading. The material used on one of the quilts was very fuzzy and is hard to make out the cats on it. The other two are fine. I would have chosen a different backing color, I not to fond of grey.

buyer beware - no return policy!!!
colours are awful

Very poor quality, paper thin material. Printing very blurred, missed stitches and bunched up threads. Company does not reply to emails.

This is a rip off. Its paper thin and NOT a quilt. The design is pretty but it's literally just a blurry print. The fabric is rough and not comfy or warm. This could easily be mistaken for tapestry. Afraid to wash-looks like it might fall apart and the print come off. DONT BUY

Never got my quilt! Customer serves will not help. Do not trust this company. I should have known better.

I was really happy with both of my Quilts. I wasn't sure what size to order, my bed is a Queen but sits really high off the ground. So I ordered the King in the one I really wanted and ordered a Queen in another one I liked. I'm going to use the King on my bed. It fits perfectly!! The Queen I'm either going to hang in my home office or gift to my grand daughter who loves Owls too! I was very happy working with this company as I received several updates throughout the process up until it was shipped. I was a little surprised it wasn't very thick but it's perfect for me as I get very hot when I sleep. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Not worth the price. I wouldn't even call this a quilt, it's very, very thin. Wish I would have looked up reviews before buying. I bought this as a gift, but after seeing it, I won't use it for that purpose. The pattern isn't as nice looking as what was shown in the add either. But my main complaint was how thin it was.
