Japanese Kitchen Supply is your source for authentic Japanese kitchenware, tools, and tableware — shipped worldwide. We bring the complete Japanese kitchen into one place: Japanese knives and knife sets, including the chef knife, nakiri, santoku, and sushi knife, paired with sharpening stones and whetstones to keep every blade razor-sharp. Beyond knives, our catalog covers the pieces that define Japanese cooking and dining: the tamagoyaki pan for rolled omelette, the onigiri mold for rice balls, donabe clay pots for hot pot and rice, ramen bowls, Japanese plates and bowls, cutting boards, chopsticks and chopstick rests, matcha and tea sets, sake sets, and bento boxes. Whether you're building a serious knife kit or setting a beautiful table, we help you do it one considered piece at a time. Our focus is simple: thoughtful, well-made products, honest descriptions, and genuine care after the sale. No fake urgency, no inflated claims, no pressure — we'd rather earn a customer for years than a sale for a day. Every order is backed by responsive, human support: questions about knife care, sharpening, use, or delivery are answered by a real person, usually within a day. We ship worldwide, with US customers at the heart of what we do. Trust is earned, not claimed — which is why we welcome honest reviews, the good and the not-so-good.
