As a customer from overseas, i had some questions about getting the tickets in time. Fast response, everything cleared and very friendly and supportive!

Hotel was great, all of the perks were great

Just the whole experience.
For the hotel. It was amazing. Staff was great. The hotel was clean and well maintained unlike the other hotel I was at for ink. I hope to stay at this hotel again for LTL 27

I don’t care if OZZY is Lazurus’d I will never use Jampack or Front Gate again - customer service was atrocious from the very beginning - ticket purchase was a cluster frag - charged me shipping for tickets that I then had to pick up in person at will call because FRONT GATE COULDN’T PROPERLY ADDRESS THE ENVELOPE - ironically they shipped the two bracelets purchased together separately one arrive no problem - the other I got the giant middle finger from a call center based in India - PANTERA could return from the great beyond and I will spend $10,000 on a scalper and put my money in that persons pocket before I pay a dime to Jam Pack or Front Gate again

My girlfriend snd i bought tickets at the same time and she got the package and i didnt. I spent $5 more but she got a merch credit and in & out privileges and i didn't. So i was unhappy

The hotel/festival ticket package was a good deal. However, we weren't as happy with the shuttle this year in comparison to previous years. We had to walk several blocks to the pickup point. The wait for the shuttle when the festival ended each night was lengthy.

Super easy experience booking the hotel and purchasing the tickets through jampack! I would use jampack again.

I wasn't allowed to upgrade my package. The hotel sucked even though it was a Holiday Inn which I booked through you. Not impressed.

Loved that I was able to secure a hotel with my VIP ticket and not have to worry about hotel cancellations right before the event. Loved all of the perks that came with it as well including the merch voucher, the guitar is SO cool as well. The hotel was great, Jampack customer service was great.

I do have only ONE recommendation and I am not sure if it is even an option, however, I would like to see shuttles included in the Jampack packages. Even if it at optional hotels (like Welcome to Rockville) it would be great to have a couple places that offer shuttles to and from especially because you get ins and outs. If your hotel is 4 miles away, the perk of ins and outs is pretty pointless if you are having beverages and do not have a vehicle parked at Cal Expo.

If you are talking about the &Beyond concert merch, there was a lack of inventory. We were told one style had a printing error so they were sent back. Yet, they were still on display to purchase.

Other styles completely out of sizing and this was by the evening of the first day.

If you are talking about the Jampack package, that was great, however I would do fewer things like mini-guitars and more things that are usable like a cool clear backpack or branded shirt,

The entire process was smooth, only thing I didn’t like was having to wait until a few days before the festival before getting my wristband.

Between when I bought a hotel and VIP ticket package for a concert and when I actually went, I had to contact jam pack via email over the weekend three different times with questions. And their responses were immediate, and always correct.

Despite the delay, everything arrived as expected.

First time using, any concerns were addressed right away. The process was smooth, and hotel was nice as well.
