I ordered samples that got lost in…
I ordered samples that got lost in transit. I messaged them about 8 times over 4 weeks and all they did was provide me a link to the tracking ID where UPS said the item was lost. I asked for a refund multiple times and got no response from customer service.
Lousy company with horrible customer service! Thank god I only lost $40 on samples and not the $10k I was planning to spend on vanities.
Stay away!!
