Once you order you keep the product they refused to credit your card and to take the product back.They take advantage of anyone ordering,I regreat ever purchase anything from them.
I ordered a $40 mug from James Ardon. The picture was of a beautiful, artistic mug of the world that very much looked like hand-crafted pottery. The one I got was made of resin or plastic, had a metal cup inside (not pictured in original), was decorated with child-like marks to indicate waves, had a repeated pattern of same continents instead of whole world, had a different handle, and all-in-all looked the the creation of a six-year old. Which would have been fine if it was even remotely what I ordered. They claim I am a customer dissatisfied with the product I ordered. But it's not what I ordered. After five email exchanges, they offered me 100% refund coupon to apply to a different product. No way. I am finding a way to get my money back.
This is a fake online site pushing ads on social media like Facebook and Instagram. The product received is poor quality and doesn’t fit. Suspect China fakes masking as US branding with fake US address. The product definitely comes from China as it arrives in HK within 2 days.
Horrible experience. Bought an iPhone case that doesn't even come close to fitting. Crap product. Tried returning it and going round and round with discount refunds emails and I can keep the product. Who wants a partial refund for a product that doesn't work/fit. This is a scam company. Can't seem to get them to get a full refund. Please steer far away from them!
Very bad quality and size like for Barbie doll. Tote bag is just a iphone size. Scammers. Please avoid that company. They selling trash
Scammers. Delivered product that was the wrong size and tried contacting to get refund. Was stonewalled with numerous emails until they said the time allowed for refund was exceeded.
Borderline scam site. Received terrible quality sweat pants that were in Chinese sizes. The tag on the sweatpants pocket said ‘clothing company here’. Had to pay out of pocket to return and not sure if I’ll be refunded yet. Awful experience
