Hugh made the process easy and was available for all the silly questions. Although it wasn't the original amount requested, Hugh ensured he would get the best option for me and my current circumstances. Really appreciate the work Hugh and his team put in for me. Couldn’t recommend Hugh from Jade Finance highly enough. The whole process of financing my new boat was incredibly easy from start to finish.

What impressed me most was that Hugh took me seriously well before I had even listed my existing boat for sale. I was in a difficult position because my old boat was quite rare and highly sought after, and I didn’t want to sell it without being confident I could finance the difference to step into the newer, bigger boat I wanted.

Hugh gave me that confidence from the beginning. Anytime I had a question, he was straight on the phone and always made himself available. Once I found the new boat and everything came together, he had the finance sorted and the boat settled within one day.

It genuinely couldn’t have been an easier process. Great communication, no mucking around, and I always felt like Hugh was on top of everything. I’ll definitely be going back to Hugh and Jade Finance in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking at financing a boat.
