Jacqui was very professional throughout, she listened attentively and understood my issues. We were able to identify when burn out began and how it not only impacted upon work but my personal life too.
The sessions were focused and assisted me greatly including looking at triggers and how to prevent burnout again in the future.

Everything we discussed remains confidential and Jacqui's listening skills really helped too.

Highly recommend this therapy, wish I had known about this sooner.

The questions are not taxing or imposing but they do ask you important things that show you how you are doing- without realising how you are doing.

I took Jacqui Sansom's BEST performance assessment and I was initially skeptical. I'm autistic so I thought hmmm, won't that create a bit of an anomaly for the assessment? Actually, it was really interesting because I can see that direct correlation between my neurodivergence and the result. It has been very thought-provoking!

Not only was the accuracy of the diagnostic bang on, but there is also heart and soul behind what they do.

I undertook the BEST assessment to get some insight into how I'm 'managing' life at present.
The questions were really clear and the assessment was really easy to answer.
My results immediately resonated and I could see myself clearly reflected in the type outlined. As I read it, I was nodding my head and inwardly saying 'yep, that's 100% me'.

How fascinating ! The questions have made me think long and hard about where I am in my life. Very simple questions but make you stop fr a moment and assess where you are.
