The free play is cool at first then it stops hitting wins

Got to $100 played finally. to withdraw i verified my card, tried it multiple times and it wouldn't work I tried push to card and then directly through my bank. They told me "the payment couldn't be processed" except it's not a payment. I have got and recieved money so many different ways and never had a problem , also I'm not paying them anything im recieving. So I contacted support they told me it was the payment system and to try another card I redeemed the $100 once again from my cash app card since that was the only other one I had, I recieved $25 and I gave it a day to see if maybe more payments would come through for some reason but nope, I checked back to contact support again and went to my redeem history and it was cleared and wouldn't let me screenshot my problem as well as the entire rest of my account being drained it was only $12 but still then I randomly got a $5 refund today for something I never refunded and I suspect they say that's what took the coins out. I'll try contacting support again but I've had people having similar problems with this wanting to pay. Also the card verification is hilariously bad you must do your first 6 digits and last 4 at the same time while showing your full name but they never clarified this until after I contacted support I tried to take a couple pics to do this but in the end I had to grab like 3 pieces of paper and trimming them down till I had the exact right spot to get them all in the Pic while my camera was trying to focus.

This is the most shittiest social casino I have ever been on. I got some free play. Played it through by the thing. Had to get up to $100 before I could cash out to my bank. I did. It went through a whole hell of a process just to get it verified and all that and then they send me a measly $25 saying that that's all their system would let them send me because I won it on free play even though I bought a pack too so I could keep going because I lost most of my free play money so they sent me a measly $25

Only complaint i have is the free spins only let's you win like a dollar or two. Not worth it
