Life has a way of testing us, over and over again, and I have certainly had my fair share of being tested over this last year!

Multiple losses, grief, trauma; some wounds run so deep, they shape who we are. I thought I had done the work, climbed the mountains, and healed a huge amount of what needed healing. But I realised there were places within me I just couldn’t reach alone.

Reaching out wasn’t easy. Asking for help never is. But I knew, deep down, that if I didn’t, I’d remain stuck, circling the same pain, the same patterns, unable to fully step into the life I deserve, and unable to give my clients all that they deserved by having me fully present.

This journey isn’t just about healing. It’s about reclaiming. Reclaiming my voice, my freedom, my power. And it’s about remembering that I don’t have to carry it all on my own.

I’m not just surviving, I’m thriving, stepping forward, lighter, clearer, and ready for more. And for that, I am deeply, profoundly grateful.

I have come to know Jackie through our mutual CPD Hypnotherapy group, and over the time I just knew that she would be the person that I could reach out to for support, that she got where I was coming from. It makes all the difference to feel safe enough to do that, and as I said above, reaching out isn’t easy, even for those of us who, in our own business roles, help others.

Jackie’s own experiences of life meant that she had an innate sense of where I was, and the support that I needed! In a short space of time, our sessions allowed me to dig deep enough to bring me out of the place I had found myself in, and my confidence has come back at a pace.

Jackie Thomson, is an outstanding hypnotherapist and Trainer. She did an exceptional training in Inner Child Work for professional hypnotherapists. I found her to have depth of knowledge of the topic, covered all the aspects of Inner Child work with clients and answered thoroughly all the questions from the attendees of the training.

This experience was 5 stars for several reasons. Jackie is well-informed, communicates well, and is an experienced teacher. I especially liked that she acknowledged this is her viewpoint and that we should develop our style with the information. She created a safe place for the group to practice and be comfortable working on this intimate issue. The course booklet has much more information for continued learning in this area. Finally, her manner is kind and light...so it was fun! So glad I did this.

Jackie has a great delivery and pacing throughout her training. The manual supplied is a magnificent resource which will be well used. Thank you!
