sorry we have not been able to reach you, we have tried to get in touch concerning your order. I did call and leave a voicemail to explain that your order was ready to collect, as stated on your order but as I could see you are not living so close to the store so I wanted to check that collection was the option you wanted.
These XXL pots are a collection only item as they very often break during shipping. this info is written in the description of the product info.

Lovely product
Lovely product, just as pictured. They ended up delivering, though we had selected click and collect but we did not mind as there was no extra cost. Would buy from the shop again.

One of my favourite stores
One of my favourite stores, such a thoughtfully curated selection of homeware goods. Also does great sales, better deals than other larger stores such as Amara etc.

I did not receive the item I ordered…
I did not receive the item I ordered due to a "glitch" in the system. But I didn't receive notification of this until after I had been told my payment had been refunded. Customer communication not as good as it could have been.

I am so sorry our communication was not as good as it normally is. We did have some problems with our system over the Christmas and New Year period and due to me being ill with Covid from Boxing Day our communication was not up to our usual standard. I do hope you will order with us again.
