Good discount but terrible customer service from the owner
They have good stuffs at the sale but the customer service was TERRIBLE (from the owner specifically). They closed at 6pm on Friday and we put down our name and number like they said at 5.20pm and said we were coming back next day bc we needed to check the measurements. Later that day I tried calling their store to say we are coming back and no one picked up. I came back next day at 11am and she said “Sorry it was sold, I thought you weren’t coming back”.
So what’s the point of ppl putting down their personal info? No one bothered calling the customer 🫠. Not to mention, we got a light from them and asked if anything was wrong with it as it got a big discount. She said it is brand new, just out of the box. Guess what? It missed most of the screws 🤷🏻.

I am sorry that the Horn Butter Knife you ordered was not available. We have been subject to quite a lot of theft at our store in the last 3 - 4 months and these knives are very easy to steel off the shop floor, so after looking into this more closely we believe these were stolen.
When you made your order our stock system was saying we had 2 of these knives left in stock but we could not find any of these on the shop floor. We have lots of small items on display in the store so its really tricky to keep track of whats been pinched.
We are having items stolen from our store on a weekly basis at the moment. I know from other retailers that steeling is very high at the moment due to the high cost of living, which is a very sad situation when people need to steel to make ends meet.
Anyway I am sorry we did not have the item you ordered Allen.

Good ordering experience but watch out for expensive delivery
The ordering was good but expensive delivery which didn’t go to plan however this was resolved after a conversation with customer service.
Poor communication on delivery day unfortunately.

I am sorry that the communication on your delivery day was not as you expected.
Due to us finding ourselves in a very unique situation whereas our delivery drivers van was stolen on the day of your original delivery date. We were really up against it to reschedule our complete weeks deliveries which was very challenging, we did our very best to deal with the situation as well as try to assist our courier in this horrid situation.
Between myself and the courier company we tried really hard to reschedule your delivery to the following day which we were able to achieve. You kindly agreed that a next day delivery would be good for you and I was thankful to the courier team that we managed to get your order to you the next day as planned with you.
I feel that we did the best we could in this situation to get your order to you and as a gesture of good will I refunded you half the delivery cost.
In terms of our delivery costs, we do not make any money on the cost of these and with ever increasing costs this is what the courier company charges us for a delivery outside of London, so this is what we charge our customers.
I hope this clarifies everything.
